The rooms are suites which is a nice bonus that I was not expecting. Breakfast is cereal, muffins, toast, waffles, yogurt, and fruit - fairly standard, but definitely nice to have thrown in for free.

Very basic property, showing its age. For a budget friendly place, it’s what you would expect. Low price, and basic amenities. For a one night stay it’s acceptable.

The comforters on the beds had lots and lots of big stains on them. The bathroom floor was not clean. Also two out of three mirrors weren’t cleaned very well. Lots of streaks from trying to clean them but the streaks were bad enough it made your reflection look foggy. Front desk staff were very helpful. Just wish it looked a little cleaner.

Tea, hot water and kettle were not in the room. Great if the lodge can add those amenities to selected rooms.
