Garbage can dirty ice bucket broken no hot water on bathroom sink rain water flows in To door way area missing light bulb in lamp.

On first appearance and arriving late, the parking lot was not welcoming. There were non-tenants standing around vehicles, garbage under stairwells and needles on ground that should have been removed. The positive is that the rooms were clean, beds and pillows comfortable and the staff was very pleasant.

Very dirty too old. Sheets worn. Old pillows. Gum stuck on wainscoting. Stains on the sheets. Previous customer said there was bed bugs in that room

Stayed at this same motel twenty years ago and don’t think anything has been done since. Nobody in office from 9 to 9.

The staff did nothing in the room, no garbages emptied. The pillows are terrible to sleep on even if there was 3. Bed is uncomfortable.

The one good thing I can say is we asked for our sheets to be changed because they were stained and we left for a couple of hours and it was done when we got back. Sheets were then clean and stain free. Unfortunately this motel needs A LOT of updating and cleaning, the list is long. They should also put chairs outside so you can sit outside your room. I would not stay here again.

Shady characters hanging around the parking lot, pretty sure its a welfare flop house. Noisy area from street traffic

Hotel was clean and definitely the best value in town. Beds were a bit firm and pillows weren’t terrific but we saved hundreds of dollars staying here for a rugby tournament as all other hotels were gouging with exorbitant fees. Hotel is a bit rundown and no frills but I would definitely recommend it!!

Both the beds had stains. We moved the bedside table and found food, garbage, a pill and a syringe. The fridge wasn’t working. You couldn’t adjust the temperature in room. The bathroom was old and patched looking. The room also had a strong door ? Smoke

This is an older motel, but the room was clean, the bed comfortable, it had a fridge for our beer and wine, and the staff were great. We only needed a place to sleep, not vacation...price was perfect for what we required.

Dirty with a strong cigarette smell in the room. Towels also had cigarette burns in them and were generally filthy. All that for 115$/ night is outrageous

You might want to bring your own sheets and bedding other than that you well most likely survive😉

the room looked like it was renovated by a 4 year old. bathroom door did not close. long black hairs on the wall left behind from the cleaners. only one bath sheet supplied as well as one hand towel. towels looked like they had not been washed and one bed looked like it was slept in. cigarette butts all over the sidewalk. disgusting!

People staying at the hotel tried stealing my clothes and Walmart groceries while I was getting a key. Luckily my boyfriend was sitting in the car and the thieves didn’t notice him until he hopped out when they tried to steal it the night before I went to walk, my dog returned to the hotel to find Lethbridge city police has surrounded the whole place. I wasn’t allowed to enter my room for about an hour and a half in cold and once I did, I was told I couldn’t leave my room. this all started happening about midnight till early the next day all I could hear is cops on megaphones trying to arrest people from the room that was trying to steal my food the next day, so these are the kind of people they allowed to stay at the room after the cops came. They were still allowed to reside there so I would approach with caution.

The room was cold, unclean and had an unsafe lamp plugged in with poor lighting. We didn’t have anyone come to restock towels or empty garbage. We had to ask for clean towels and were only given 1 when there were 2 of us using the room. We don’t plan to stay there ever again and won’t recommend it to others.

I ended up asking for a refund within an hour of checking in. I got an overwhelming smell of urine, looked at the sheets they had blood drop stains and black marks. Toilet was dirty as well. I get it's an eco motel. I stay in them often but I expect clean.

In 6 days room was not cleaned even once, not even to take the garbage out or change towels and wash clothes.

Rooms reek like cigarettes. Sketchy area and people hanging around. Suppose to have two double beds. Only had one bed

Missing stuff in the room only bath towels for one person no hand towels or face clothes, no sugar when asked for sugar was only 9ffered whatever was in the lobby
