Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job. In the end we have to carry all luggages to our room by ourselves. We booked 4 rooms at the hotel and all of the AC does not work, the technician came to try to fix it but he was not able to. At 12AM they offered to change our room, we did, but the AC was also not working. They gave us a fan. Such a shame for a grand hotel like this. Overall, horrible experience, the worst of our trip in Switzerland.

The best hotel in town.

It wasnt exceptional. It is in need of a renovation.

The overriding memory of this hotel is the friendly smiling staff. All of them, reception, bell boys, concierge, housekeeper and breakfast staff were exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful and has been recently refurbished. I didn’t make it to the spa but friends say it was very nice. The location is also very good.

Staff was great, however — our bed broke the first night and we had to relocate rooms at 11pm. There wasn’t much of a concern.

Petit dejeuner excellent (frais, varié) chambre tres belle, bien decoré et tres belle vue sur le lac Parking assez cher mais correct et utile car manque de place dans la ville (payant etc). Tres bel hotel, je recommande.
