Front desk girl was sweet but not sounded the cleanliness, room conditions or area.

Bathroom was really dirty

Staff were friendly and courteous. Locally knowledgeable and recommended a couple good restaurants in town. Room was typical of Red Roof - clean and neat but somewhat dated. This particular Red Roof appeared to be updating other areas of the hotel.

Our bathroom didnt look like it had been cleaned. But the room itself was decent and updated. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Room was supposed to be booked for 5 nights, they only booked 4 nights so when we came back to hotel on last night room key wouldn’t work. Had to go to front desk and straighten it out. Luckily our stuff was still in our room and they didn’t give it to someone else. Either way our room never got serviced and cleaned not once the whole time we were there. Had to go to front desk on night 4 and get more towels and toilet paper even after we were told twice our room would be serviced.

The property is well lit . It's quiet. It's a nice place to stay

Manager couldn't have been nicer...room was clean and dollar cokes....only thing was pool wasnt open

The gym was not available The pool not ready The Netflix. & YouTube not working WiFi was spotty Only gig room service when asked for it instead of it being offered They still owe me my $50 refund

Trash all over the parking lot and around entrance

Everything was fine. The room was pleasant and clean. The bed was horrible. I wasnt able to sleep and when i couldnt stand it anymore and got up i was so sore. It needs a mattreelss pad or something. It was really that bad.

Switched pickup from drive-through to in restaurant. Staff were awesome and retieved my order from the drive-through fast.

The price was very reasonable and the complimentary breakfast was hot and on time. No complaints

Clean as always, great value, friendly staff on call.

The rooms weren't the best sound proofing wise, not having a hair dryer, the shower head isnt my style. But all the necessities were included and the location is great i’d give it a 4/5 taking everything into consideration.

The staff was nice. The physical apperance inside and outside of the hotel was good. The bad experience was with other hotel visitors noise levels in the hall and the general noise happening outside, near, my rooms window.

Serenity and the other staff were amazing

You could tell they were trying to upgrade and remodeling but the finish work was not completed. The shower was hot but not powerful enough to wash hair effectively...

Staff was pleasant at check in and everything went smoothly. TV Remote didn't work and no batteries were available to fix it. No button TV so no way to operate. A couple guys sitting on the curb drinking in the parking lot. Construction going on in the parking area and the motel next door is a little shady.
