Super small bathroom, and shower door wouldn't stay closed, resulting in water all over the floor beyond the towel I had put down and creating a slip and fall hazard. 3rd floor front desk was amazing, the one at checkout not so much.

The room smelled like mildew and the pool looked disgusting. Everything was run down and smelled. The sheets were clean but the mattress was sunken in so bad in the middle it needed to be just tossed and replaced. If you’re looking for a last minute one night stay and have no other options stay here. But if you have options for a better stay for same price or a little more, just go somewhere else.

This stay didn’t go ask intended from the time we walked in and saw the filthy pool we had booked in hopes to use was out of service. The hallway walls were deteriorating in certain areas. The rooms door safety latch didn’t lock, which is unnerving and there was garbage on the floor from the last occupants as well. Breakfast was an option of cold breads, bagels, cereal etc as their kitchen was down, this is another reason we booked this hotel. We were very disappointed in the end result but the staff was all friendly and helpful.

Wasn’t clean, bedding had red stains it wasn’t a happy stay.

Friendly staff, way over priced for the night. Room was clean and nicely upgraded, but needed routine maintenance like drains, TV remote, blinds not working. Coffee pot would have been nice if we had coffee and cups to go with it.

The hotel is good, the room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, the water pressure was good, the food was marginal, but the people and service were excellent!

Nothing, bad location, toilet does not flush fully, sink does not drain, shower doors let water and flood bathroom floor ...I could go on, will not stay again, will post more details on my youtube channel

Checkin was fast and friendly. Room was very clean, well maintained and comfortable. One issue was the very low toilet. Difficult for older people or anyone with flexibility issues; no grab bars to assist. Breakfast was good with many choices. Loved the coffee!

Amazing. It’s quite, front desk personnel is friendly, and the rooms were very nice.

Was very good for the price, and a convenient location. But I had an unexpected $50 'amenities' fee when I checked in even though I had fully paid in advance. Never saw anything about this on Expedia or on the hotel website -- and it was not refunded at the end of the stay.

Although the staff and food was really considerate, there was a musty smell in the rooms upon entrance and the pool was dirty. The hotel needs to be freshened up.

Nice hotel. Good owners. Toilet leaked as did sink tap. Kimd of noise with the truck stop next door. Good deal for the money.

I wasn't sure about the stay at first because of the location (helpful because its by the freeway, but not close to anything but fast food). But check in was quick and easy, the room was clean and appropriate for our stay. The hallway could have used some cleaning. The bathroom in the room was incredibly small.

Pool was cold

The staff were friendly and the room space was clean. They had a good breakfast. The facility is a little dated, but overall it was a good experience
