Rating & Review Keseluruhan Springhill Suites By Marriott Boca Raton

Ok pour une nuit. Hôtel en rénovation. Les travaux ont lieu de 9h à 18h donc nous n’avons pas été incommodé. Les chambres sont vieilles mais propres. Nous avions une suite avec deux lits doubles et un sofa lit. Le sofa lit est un tiroir qu’on tire en dessous du lit pour avoir un lit simple et on peut aussi coucher sur le divan qui fait un lit simple. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants donc tout le monde avait son lit. Il y avait un lavabo à l’extérieur de la salle de bain. C’était confortable pour une famille. Gros coup de cœur aux deux femmes qui nous ont accueilli pour le Check in/Out du 19 au 20 juillet. Elles étaient très, très gentilles. C’est la première fois que je me fais accueillir avec autant d’attention. La piscine extérieure est chauffée et très belle. Le déjeuner était correct. Hotel bien placé sur la 95. Avec le personnel incroyable, cet hôtel sera parfait une fois rénovée.

The staff was excellent and the breakfast that was available was very good. The hotel is now being refurbished and the 2 top floors are currently closed to the public. Looking forward to the updates.

Room was very spacious and clean.

The manager Zhanna was the most kind and generous host. She made sure the entire stay was amazing. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

The only is they need to add better breakfast options for people that are allergic to eggs or vegetarian.

It is very comfortable and clean, the people at the Frondesk are very friendly. The big problem is that the carpets in the rooms are very dirty and the furniture is already worn out.

The front desk workers were very friendly and very helpful but the hotel itself is outdated. I didn't think that the photos matched up very well with the actual condition of the hotel

The stay was ok, the first room had hair on the bed and had a horrible smell of poop, the lady at the front desk (not very friendly), just sent someone to put some liquid in the toilet, which didn't work, but the night girl (Zhanna), did everything to make our stay pleasant, she gave us another room where we were finally able to relax. Thank you very much Zhanna!

Staff extremely friendly and helpful in all areas, particularly the lady who checked us in. Breakfast good, pool area lovely. All round good trip for business stay - nothing posh!
