The room was good but I think it is due for some updates. The shower had a leak from the bottom of the tub. The awning under the drive thru area had dead pigeons up there and needed to be cleaned out.

It was close to TTU and I was able to walk there several times. It was also close to other events I was attending by car. I was disappointed that the pool was closed a couple of days before I arrived... No notice was given on the website. The bathroom sink was not draining well, the toilet valve in the tank was not sealing properly so it had to refill itself periodically (waste of water), the facility was dated but it was convenient and had what I needed. It was nice havng a kitchen.

Great location. But the hotel smelled musky, pool was shut down didn’t feel like the air worked in the hallways. Food not great at all. But the staff working in dining hall were great.

Stayed here for a Texas Tech game and had a great experience! The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the breakfast team was super friendly. The location was perfect, saved on parking with just a pleasant 1-mile walk to the stadium, plus plenty of food and drink spots along the way. The room felt a little dated, but the bed was very comfortable, and overall the stay was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

Great location to visit my Tech student! Very clean rooms and quiet hotel. A bit dated, but the beds are comfortable! The staff is helpful and the breakfast variety is good.

Only a couple of negatives on my stay: The TV wouldn’t connect to cable so we had to have the front desk come help. We had to fix it like he did EVERY time we turned it off after that. Secondly, the bath tub had a low spot so we stood in a puddle during showers.

The location and friendly staff are the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars. Our room was missing a coffee table and the room wasn't as advertised. The pictures showed a separation of rooms - bedroom and living room with a door separating the two spaces. Wrong. It was one big room. The room was overall musty, and it never really cooled down. The wall-mounted bedside shelves and drawers were coming off the walls, so the drawers wouldn't stay closed because they drooped so much. Also - We discovered we had little roommates - ants! We saw them near the kitchenette on the last day. Obviously, the location can't be beat if you're visiting someone at Texas Tech. It's right across the street. Employees were super friendly! No shade to them. Stay here only if you don't care about musty rooms or missing or broken furniture.

The a/c leaked all over the carpet. The a/c kept change the set temperature on its own. I asked for the toilet seat to be fixed and it never was. Yet I could tell someone had been in my room.

Really great staff and location. Property just needs some tlc.

I wish prices would not go up so high. When the collage is doing stuff 500 for 2 nights is crazy!!
