4pm check in is to late. Drove 755 miles arrived about 1:30pm . They did let me check in at 3pm. No luggage carts maked 3 trips up to 4th floor. When revs. ask for first floor because of service dog. They didn’t care. If they would have notified me I may have canceled resv. Because I noted that…

The front desk lady was very nice, did get there till after midnight so she automatically offered us a late check out. Very clean and spacious room. Surrounding area very quiet. Great place will be staying again.

Property is a little old but it was clean and quiet which are the most important things for us. We only interacted with staff at check in and check but our interactions were friendly and efficient.

The building is constructed kind of oddly. The building has the feel of my old Marine barracks when you first come in. The room was great and clean, the bed was comfortable. Drawbacks no breakfast. They did have coffee. We had to travel for dinner a few miles away

Nice place

I was traveling from Colorado to California with a U-Haul. My travel companion, and I just needed a place to sleep. The room was well appointed, the beds were comfortable. And we were rewarded with warm showers in the morning. Just what we needed!

The staff were friendly, kind and helpful. We felt welcome and that our needs would be met. The area and hotel felt very safe. The price was great.

When I checked in, there was a laundry cart and a vacuum left in my room. The floor had some freshener left all over the floor. What saved the day was the amazing bed and the working air conditioning!

Motel is within short walking distance of many low cost restaurants, national brand stores, and a supermarket. Walkable to Elko Airport. Motel sits on hill on side street so it has good views of surrounding area and quiet from traffic noise.

hard bed. dirty bathroom. noisy until 2:30 am. only one night stand. cpap users need nightstand on either side of the bed as some people sleep left some people sleep right-side. Microwave on top of tiny fridge. Just a low-class hotel for the price.

Just needed a night's stay. Probably won't book again - not a fan of the bathroom sink
