Love the view

This property is very dated. It needs some tlc. Two of the three elevators were broken down.

The staff were super friendly and very helpful. It was easy to find the hotel. The room and bathroom were super clean. I’ll be coming back another time. Thank you!

The balcony was very small but the hotel is nice.

Only 2 of the elevators were working. So on a busy weekend, we waited a long time just for an elevator. We took the steps up and down many times. One time we waited 15+ minutes for the elevator. Some of the buttons on the elevator wouldn't light up, so you didn't know if it would stop on the right floor or not. Check in and check out was easy. $7 for parking, which isn't bad. The pillows were flatter than a pancake. We could have/ and did, folded our pillows in half and in half again. Our curtains didn't shut all the way, so it let in light in the morning. The curtain rods were broke, so we had to pull the curtains shut.

False advertising as riverfront. Not a riverfront property. Old dirty broken furniture/rooms. Unfriendly staff. Inconvenient location. Dirty old broken couches; poor broken lighting in suite sitting area. Dirty linen left on couch sleeper; torn curtains, patched ceiling, broken window treatments; patched dirty shower, toilet paper holder falling off wall. Poor!

They had NO towels and I was mid-shower when the light in the bathroom went out 😳

Good location

Convenient and close to where we had to go for an event- not in the nicest area, could use some updating for the price for one night.

A dated property but very nice amenities and accommodations not like newer hotels in which most don’t even have opening windows.

All was fine.

Room was clean and spacious, staff was great, breakfast was tasty.

Close to the Taft theater which is a plus for me and the view is amazing just phenomenal

Hotel was a bit dated but nice. Our room could have been a little cleaner. There was all kinds of dirt and dusk under the beds.

Very nice place and close to everything

We received a text shortly after checking in asking how things were, I explained that our door was very hard to close and it slammed shut, waking our daughter several times. I was told I’d get a response shortly and it’s been about a week and nothing. The shower also was very slow to drain so you stood in water for a good portion of the shower, our room was supposed to be cleaned every 3 days… we were there for 7 nights and it was only cleaned once, we had trash cans over flowing and ran out of shampoo and conditioner (we had to ask for soap as there was none on check in)

The property was really not what we were expecting for what we paid. The entire building shakes from traffic, the walls are paper thin, it sound like someone is trying to get into your room 24/7, front staff was not friendly whatsoever either time we spoke with them, the elevator sounds like it's seconds from breaking.. rooms are incredibly small for what we paid. Bathrooms look like they came out of a cheap motel. Just all around a real disappointment. Won't be staying at one of these again.
