The staff was amazing - nothing was too much trouble. A room glitch was managed with grace and compensation.

Excellent location for train and park

The desk staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The afternoon wait staff woman in the Hyde was unpleasant and provided poor service. I did not read carefully enough regarding breakfast. It is available but at a cost and you must notify the staff that you would like breakfast the night before breakfast. The outdoor garden area did not appear to be available for use during our stay. The bath in our room was down 2 steps from the level of the room. The room (except for steps to the bath) and front desk staff were lovely but the price was high. We would not stay again.

Fabulous location! Great staff! Wonderful room and amenities. I have visited London for 20 years and wish I would have found this hotel before now. Short walk to Paddington station; Hyde Park and great restaurants!

We only stayed here briefly, but the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a spot close to Paddington, this is a great choice.

highly recommend staying in this fabulous place! We were on the sixth floor gorgeous views would totally choose to stay there again if we revisit London! The staff was super helpful, super friendly, and we could not have had a better stay in London! So close to Paddington Station for access to trains to the airport & other places.

I booked two rooms at this property based on the excellent reviews. Arrived around 9 PM. I had booked two King rooms. One of the rooms was a king room and the other room was two twin beds pushed together and what would be their twin room, which was in considerably worse shape. When I went down to the lobby to say I had booked a king room not two twin beds pushed together with a topper. The gentleman at the front desk told me that that’s just how rooms are in London however, my daughters who were in the other room had the king bed that we booked. I was exhausted from the flight and we were only there two nights so did not feel like arguing the point, especially since this is supposed to be a five star hotel. The room hadan extremely large stain on the window, shade and the curtain, and the gray carpet was stained with dirt.

The property is wonderful. Rooms are very nice. Located on a quiet side street and very convenient to Paddington Station.

Ett fint hotell med gångavstånd till Paddington station. Mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad personal! Skön Kingsize säng! Bra frukost med allt man kan önska sig, många bra alternativ även för veganer och glutenfritt. Kan verkligen rekommendera hotellet för den som vill få den riktiga engelska känslan när det gäller inredning och känna sig bortskämd av den fantastiska personalen. Vi provade även Afternoon Tea - där fick vi allt man önska sig av det. Mycket gott!

Our suite was well appointed. The bed was so tall I nearly needed a step stool! The in house restaurant and bar are not to be missed. We had an exquisite dinner and drinks.

Great location in an area with plenty of transportation options. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful.

Hotel is located on a beautiful block just a short walk from Paddington Station. Lots of restaurants around and easy to get to other parts pf London. Room was cozy, but being on the ground floor we heard EVERYTHING above us. If you want a late checkout, it will cost you and even after confirming it on check-in, they still set off an alarm at noon and called my room at 12:30 on the day of checkout to verify.

This is a wonderful hotel not too far from Paddington Station but, not in the thick of the commercial commotion. It is on a quiet street, treed and just nice. The staff here are wonderful, very eager to ensure you are happy with your stay. I would suggest that guests aim for the Junior Suites as ooposed to Executive King, or stay on floors 1, 2, or 3, The 5 th floor floors are very squeeky and if you stay on the 4th floor, you will hear them. We stayed at this hotel off and on over the course of two weeks. We would stay again on future visits to London.
