I had a disappointing and somewhat unsafe experience during my stay. The shower floor was extremely slippery, which caused me to fall twice. I requested a shower mat from the front desk on two separate occasions, and each time I was told someone would bring it, but it never arrived. This lack of follow-through was frustrating and concerning, especially given the safety risk. On a more positive note, the breakfast was acceptable, but the options were limited and not very healthy. Overall, the lack of response from staff regarding a basic safety request significantly impacted my stay. I hope the hotel improves both its responsiveness and guest safety measures.

The breakfast has plenty of options and was delicious. The location is exactly where you want to be… close to attractions and dining.

The room was big enough but the bathroom a bit tired with old fashioned curtain over the bath for shower and small bath towels. Everything was clean. 2 staff in the dining room were brash but the senior lady was lovely. Excellent breakfast but they took their eye off the ball and you had to wait for items to be replenished or ask. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was great for walking everywhere or to gain access to trains etc.

Bra och rent rum som hade allt som behövdes förutom ett skohorn. De glas som fanns på rummet försvann sakta men säkert. I övrigt ett mycket bra rum med god service. Det stod två behållare med gratis dricka i receptionen men det saknades ofta antingen muggar eller dricka. Vi hade beställt hotellets egna transfer till hotellet men det hade man missat. Lika bra det för taxi var betydligt billigare. I övrigt är vi mycket nöjda. Hotellet låg bra och personalen var vänliga och hjälpsamma.

Did not have breakfast. Bed was firm and comfortable. I liked cleanliness, location, peaceful, I believe there are superior rooms but my request was for standard. Towels were s bit worn and thin. Overall my stay was good

I had to leave before the breakfast started - couldn’t get even a glass of water, don’t talk about the coffee. Staff was not really helpful, the night before didn’t notify me about my food delivery for very long time(don’t ask why they didn’t let the currier to bring it to my room, or why they didn’t bring it themselves). Just left the bag on their counter waiting. The phone in the room wasn’t working. The carpet had some old stains. There was only one outlet, that I was able to use with adapter to charge my devices, and wasn’t working. The rest were unusable for a tourist from North America. Will not go back.
