Rating & Review Keseluruhan Sandman Hotel Montreal - Longueuil

Called to tell property that we would be arriving very late but would definitely be there, however upon arrival it seemed like there was an issue getting us a room. Got resolved, but shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. Our room was guaranteed with credit card and I called in advance to advise of late arrival.

Proximité du métro situé juste à côté. Stationnement pour la voiture devant l’hôtel. Propreté.

Property was nice when it was built. It’s convenient because the metro station is 20’ away. It’s in very dire need of a sprucing up. Everything looks worn and beat up. Gym is in disrepair as is the pool area. Restaurant is a bright spot as is the wonderful staff.

Il y avait un problème avec la chambre, et j'ai dû redescendre avec mes bagages 3 fois. J'étais trop déçue et découragée, mais Dimitri à la réception était absolument fantastique. Aimable et professionnel, il a été à l'écoute et a su me trouver la chambre parfaite pour moi. Dimitri, un modèle de service à la clientèle. Merci!

The staff was very accommodating to our request to stay in the same room despite two separate reservations. We went for a hockey tournament and it would have been really nice to be able to access one of the multiple business meeting rooms that we not in use. We were willing to pay for their use, instead the staff chose to chase the players around the hotel. Would have been easier if we had the room to keep them contained in.

Tout était parfait.. les enfants ont adoré la piscine. C'était tranquille et propre.

Everything was good

VIEW : The rooms with a view are not worth the extra. The view we got was the olympic stadium, not the city skyline or the La Ronde park as was advertised. ROOM : The rooms are ok. The style is nice and clean. The condition though is not great... the carpet edges are lifting near the window, light bulbs need to be changed, the bathtub was dirty on arrival. CHECH-IN : Although the stay was paid entirly in advance and that a cash desposit option was available, the desk person alomst sent us back home for not having a physical credit card on my person. I lost mine a year agao and just never had it replaced... I had to raise my voice or he'd have sent up back (myself, one child and one infant). Beware ;)

Bien situé, belles chambres propres et un personnel toujours agréable et accueillant

We stayed there at the time of a bad snowstorm when the only restaurant was surprisingly closed, parking lots full of snow and even worse most of the cars were drown in snow the following morning. It's very dangerous just to drive the car out of the parking lot. Breakfast at $14 was not impressive at all. We picked this hotel simply because of the nearby metro station. There was however a good side of the coin: we got our room 2 hours earlier and upgraded to the 16F, though we can't really tell the difference of the latter. PM staff were nice but the guy who worked early the following morning was a bit rude. He didn't look happy working there ><

Great value for the money. Very good location - so close to La Ronde and Montreal.
