I have loved this hotel. I've stayed here more than a dozen times and I'm a Bonvoy member; however, this last stay was not quite like the others and left me with a blah experience. When speaking to the front desk staff whether by phone or in person the customer service was mediocre, unfriendly, short and dismissive. The room I stayed in was nice, but the toilet seat definitely needed replacement. It was extremely worn and the plastic was borderline melted/deformed or defective. For this quality of a hotel I expected better, but the lack of customer service and subpar attitudes were really what stood out. They all seemed complacent and ready to go home.
