Freat location

This hotel is not actually on Rittenhouse Square, despite the name, but it's in a very good location for shopping and walking around Center City. The bathroom was small and was not spotlessly clean, but it was adequate. The beds were very comfortable.

It was okay for my short visit. Not a big concern nor a fancy service.

Great stay for my guests during an event

Great Hotel. Very friendly & helpful staff took care of all my needs. Room very clean. Would highly recommend CQ hotel for all.

Great and centrally located near City Hall in downtown Philly. Comfortable stay, highly walkable area. I will surely stay again. My only negative is there is no onsite parking. Parking is in the tower across the street and, if you aren't too familiar with the city, can be a small challenge to find the entrance. You do receive a discount for parking from CQ, but this will still be a good cost if your stay is for multiple days.

Staff very accommodating

Location is excellent, walking distance to everything. Hotel is nice, nothing fancy but comfortable. There’s no restaurants in the hotel but plenty of options all around.

Very convenient

My first room, there was a sock on the floor then I ask them to change a room. And in the second room, there is a charger under the bed.

Really pleasant experience staying at this hotel with seamless check-in/out and complementary drinks.

Nice, big rooms (for the inner city), but a bit dated in the carpet and baths. The lobby's sitting area was welcoming and the coffee bar was exceptional.

Overall, great place to stay. Clean. Quiet. Convenient. Apparently the lobby coffee machine was awesome. Love the water-bottle filling stations on each floor, but they don't recycle aluminum or glass! (Please make an option for beds WITHOUT pillowtops on mattresses, some people like me want a firm surface).
