Rating & Review Keseluruhan Hyatt Regency Santa Clara

Stayed here for the convenience of it being connected to the convention center. Parking was easy and convenient with in and out privileges. Surrounding area seemed safe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dining options were good - cafe and the hotel’s restaurant. Would stay again.

Small beds, expensive parking, expensive food options, expensive drinks. Not budget friendly.

We went to watch a 49ers game. Good hotel. Good food.

Very clean and comfortable stay. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Very close to Santa Clara Square that has tons of great food and shopping. Fitness center was clean with good equipment. Connected to the convention center for ease of walking to morning seminars. Nice market in lobby area.

Room was fine. No issues except: $4 for a bottle of water and $40/day for parking???? Way too much for basic amenities. Should be included up front in room pricing.

I canceled my reservation but they kept it and claimed I stayed there. Still waiting for my refund.

The property is outdated, old carpet. The rooms are tiny and expensive. There is only one bar and there is nothing in the area so you’re pretty much stuck at the hotel the whole time and that’s you’re driving. Nothing walking distance. (perfect for a Niners game, however, great America is out of business)

Clean and friendly staff

The cleaning lady knocked on my door asked to clean I said yes and then she said something else and I didn’t know what she said and she called me annoying. She then knocked on my door a second time and asked if I was having a party in my room and I said no opened my door and said it’s just me and my child.. so rude I have never experience that.

Excellent service from all the staff, great food and coffee, very clean hotel.

From 2am- 5am several rooms next door were knocking and shouting. We could not sleep, and we were here for a 7am conference the next morning. I called the front desk twice but nothing changed.

It was an eventful day and very crowded, but the staff was very flexible and made our stay enjoyable.

We really like the close proximity to Levi's stadium. The hours for the market were a little unpredictable, maybe we missed a posting of the hours? All of the staff were very friendly.
