Really need to clean the ceiling vent in the bathrooms… Absolutely choked up with dirt

Staf was welcoming and check in was a breeze.

This was simply the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Vegas. The room felt relatively new, even if the TV was fairly old. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, and the room offered wired internet which was fast and stable. Despite active renovations in the hotel, the place was very clean, tidy, and cozy.

Some staff was great while others were awful

The staff was mediocre—helpful, but not particularly friendly. Their approach felt more like doing the bare minimum to get through the workday. Interactions leaned toward a curt “what do you need?” rather than a welcoming greeting. The rooms were adequate—slightly better than a motel. The room I stayed in was clean, but it clearly could benefit from a remodel.

This is the worst hotel I ever booked in Vegas, the room was filthy nasty, I paid $400 for 2 days for this crap of hotel plus you have to pay for parking $10 per day which is ridiculous because you’re a guest why would you pay for parking?

TV didn’t work in the first room and then in the second room it only had five channels

Always a pleasure

We had to change room twice. First we were given the wrong room, then the toilet was flooding in the second one. The rooms did not appear clean. Staff was okay after the first night change.

Everything was great. Easy check-in. Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room.

Overall satisfactory stay here. Because of kitchen facility inside room, there was a stink and could have fixed it.

Dirty, bad oddors

Es begrüßte und Gras Geruch im Zimmer so wie in der Schublade lagen Reste von Grass . Das Bett war nur gemacht allerdings mit alter Bettwäsche das Bett war voller schwarzer Haare . Das Bad war dreckig auf dem Boden lag alles voll mit Creme . Die Küche war dreckig im besteck Kasten hat alles geklebt alte Soßen von den Gästen davor lag auch noch drin . Der Boden war dreckig und krümelig . Das Sofa war dreckig und voller weißer Flecken . Es wurde 3 mal versprochen nach zu reinigen wurde leider nicht gemacht . Für 1,5 Stunde früher einchecken 40 Dollar . Das parken ging noch mit 10 Dollar am Tag . Wir haben die erste Nacht im Auto geschlafen . Am nächsten Tag als wir abends kamen war immer noch alles dreckig uns wurde angeboten das wir auschecken können allerdings 2 Tage das Zimmer bezahlen müssen und 2 Tage parken . Was soll ich sagen es wurden 5 Tage parken von der Kreditkarte abgebucht ich denke das wir die anderen 3 Tage Hotel sicher auch nicht erstattet bekommen alles nur gelogen . Die Lobby war dreckig die Leute die dort wohnen sind auch zwielichtig viele Arbeiter usw . Sobald es dunkel wird ist es auch keines falls sicher dort . Wir fühlen uns mehr wie betrogen unsere Hochzeit wer fast wegen der Situation ins Wasser gefallen .

El personal súper amable, la habitación amplia y la Ubicación es muy buena, están remodelando el hotel y se ve súper bien lo q ya está hecho!

Not far from the strip, bus stop is nearby

Gute Unterkunft ,waren jetzt zum dritten Mal dort,gute Busverbindungen vor der Tür.

The stay was nice, rooms were big and a nice distance from the strip if you dont want to be in amongst it all. My only issue was that the hallways smelt funny.
