We didn’t eat their breakfast Would’ve appreciated a lamp on the desk The refrigerator froze our beverages and we had it on 2.5 - something is wrong there. Missed having a Bible!! Also, typical for AmericInn, the bedding is so strange. Simply put a duvet on the comforter and don’t use those sheets - like in Europe. Otherwise it was ok.

Good continental breakfast with a wide variety, clean hotel that’s been upgraded/remodeled, clean pool. Only complaint is the beds were a bit hard. But a pleasant stay and would go back!

We asked for 2 queen beds and were put in a room with 2 double beds. The beds were rock hard with blood stains on the sheets. The night stand dresser drawer had peperoni pizza scraps along with some white powder substants. The rollaway that we requested had broken springs that could be felt when trying to sleep. The bathtub was disgusting with dirt in it the hooks for the towels was falling out of the wall. Over all very disappointing experience. We also notified the hotel staff and told them. We definitely would not stay here again even if we had a free night.

Staff were nice and the hottub and pool were nice to use. However the room and lobby area weren’t very clean.

I love this property and have stayed here many times. I don’t like staying on ground floor because while the windows open to allow fresh air, I couldn’t figure out how to get them to lock. Even after closing them back up.

This small hotel was quiet & pretty clean, continental breakfast was ok. Be aware there is no elevator so request a main floor room if stairs are an issue for you. Check in was quick and staff were kind.

We are here visiting a family member in the hospital. It is close proximity which is nice. Check in was easy, the pool is very clean and warm!

The guest service was beyond good. Having a dining choice within walking distance...EXTRA GOOD. 7 hours driving at my age ..in driving rain...makes a huge gift of supper close.

Everything in the room was clean except the carpet had not been vacuumed.

We stayed on the first floor and our room had a real musty smell to it. The wall unit for the ac kept making some grinding when it kicked on waking us up in the middle of the night. The tub took a long time to drain. There were some small piles of white material in the pool and when the employee scooped it up with the net it kind of dissolved out of the water. The breakfast was great though and the staff were nice.

The experience was exactly as it should hsv been, perfect.

Staff was were friendly and helpful. Room had some missed cleaning concerns, I could hear the laundry room beliw me and beds were not very comfortable especially for almost $200a night.

Clean room, a few maintenance issues need attention (door does not latch unless pulled shut hard, hot tub timer does not work) otherwise as expected quality. Breakfast was better than expected.

I thought the bathroom was tiny. The rest of the room was good. I wish there had been more than 1 lamp for lighting though. It was clean and staff were friendly. Included breakfast was good.

The first room smelled terrible of smoke and there was no Internet or cable in there so we were switched to another room

My husband booked the suite on-line. He had no idea that the room/suite was on the second floor with 1) NO ELEVATOR access. We are both in declining health and qualify for Handicap Stickers - so schlepping all our belongings up and down the stairs is a PROBLEM. The receptionist at the time of check-in (male) graciously offered to help carry our items. Husband decided he'd handle it. When we finally came back to our room, it was dark outside. Upon entering the room, 2) the light switch inside the door didn't work!!! Found a light switch around the corner in the bathroom. Later realized that there was 3) no courtesy lamp on the desk that should have responded to light switch upon entering! We were told by staff that the building was being remodeled, thus no lamp on desk. 4) There also was no lamp in the suite LR. 5)The TV in the LR didn't work. Next morning, staff had some cords replaced that allowed that extra TV to work. 6)When we came back to our room on the second night, our room keys didn't work for us or for a new guest down the hall. Husband and other guest had to go to the front desk for help. NO REASON FOR KEY PROBLEM WAS GIVEN. 7)The toilet in the bathroom was too low for us - it would be a good fit for my 4-yr-old grandchild! I have rheumatoid arthritis and I need a higher toilet due to knee pain. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I will never stay at your AmericInn site again and will hesitate staying at any AmericInn due to this experience!!!
