I had a bad experience with this hotel. Unfortunately the room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke and weed. With a hole on the wall and it was dirty. We couldn’t stay there for the night. I told Mohamed the front desk person that I couldn’t stay because of the conditions of the hotel and that I needed a refund, but he said that the manager next day will be looking in to it. Please if you be so kind to help me to get a refund. I had to go somewhere else to spent the night. Thank you very much!!

Everything was perfect up to the point where there was bugs more specifically roaches nd lil black bugs that I don’t know of but the staff was nice nd the rooms were clean when we got there finding the room was easy

it is in a great area; however, the place is not neatly kept. i think this place is below a motel. i should have done my research before booking this place.

They need to improve there service a lot , specially there Mattress are the worst , I was literally cannot move my back, could sleep the whole night… it’s terrible..

Staff and management are not honest.

Worst extended stay in America.

Very welcoming and friendly receptionist who provided useful information about the surrounding area. One needs a car as public transportation is limited, particularly on weekends. Not really suitable for extended stays as the kitchen is not equipped, not really the hotel’s fault but since guests would walk off with the utensils, the best the hotel can do is rent or sell the equipment.

Reception area dirty Rooms smell No trash can in room

This is for the location on Catilina. There was no trash collection for the room, noisy late night adult activity, strong smells from the bathroom, only provided towels for two people when we had three people, loud noises from refrigerator, bathroom door appeared to be kicked in without necessary repair, and no fresh linen. I waited 10 minutes to check in, while seeing my image on a large flat screen TV. I totally would not recommend staying at that location.

Overall, I would say this was decent for the price I paid, given it’s not anyways a high-quality hotel brand. The only downside is that when I went to the hotel lobby to check in for the night, I had to wait about 20 minutes for a staff member to come and check me in. I wish someone was there beforehand or if there may have been some way of me to notify a staff member that I was in the lobby.

First room door won’t close so they changed my room to one that smelled like cigarettes

We have a new winner! The worst place I have ever stayed, period. Proof that the US is a third world country! The only thing it didn’t have that I could see, were rats but I’m sure they were close.

I went to the room . It hasn’t been even cleaned there was wet towels bed sheets meat up the previous who ever was staying the whole trash was full . I never been in disgusting room like this before . I called from the room phone line they don’t answer over and over . I had to drive up and keep calling for customer service no one was there . The customer service boy he can’t even a and he is telling me I had 30 minutes to complain about a room but I was getting my stuff together and I was calling them from room service phone which they didn’t answer. Horrible people to deal with

I stayed there for one night during a snow storm. The price was great but the shower / bath was rundown, the room smelled like pot, and they had paper thin walls. I could hear entire conversations in the two adjoining rooms. Also the snow was not plowed even though it snowed the entire night. If the walls were thicker, and the bathroom was just a little nicer, I would not be writing this bad review.

Toilet was not working and shower was unable to switch from faucet to shower head.

Room was clean and nice
