The room wasn't cleaned before I arrived. Smelled terrible. Bed sheets were extremely dirty

When we went to the room we asked for a no smokers room due to my wife being pregnant. Room smelled like smoke as soon as we went in. The bed was horrible, stained and smelly. The shower was worse, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Hair was still on the shower walls. I had to go to rent a whole other hotel room somewhere else. This was a horrible experience. I didn’t even stay the night. DO NOT STAY HERE! Trash everywhere. They don’t give refunds either.

Half of the outlets in the room didn't work, the a/c didn't work, the floor was dirty, and the towels in the bathroom were dirty. It just was not pleasant at all. There for 2 nights for an anniversary suprise because it has a kitchen. Even paid for the best room they have and still disappointed. I guess you get what you pay for.

The hotel room was not cleaned properly. I was itchy and uncomfortable my whole stay. This hotel is very much just a motel.

Stayed for less than 10 minutes and left immediately. Disgusting. Smelled like smoke. Loud music. Lots of late night traffic. Would not recommend.

Front staff was very nice

Easy to check in.. easy to fine. Not many things with in walking distance.

The service was amazing. The lady that checked me in was more than amazing. I wish I could give the whole experience 5 stars. My biggest issues were with the cleanliness of the room. The floor was dusty and dirty when I came into the room. The bathtub also had hair before I got to use it.

Great front desk staff

Inexpensive property in a very expensive area. When we pulled into the lot many street people hanging around the property. Front desk attendant very friendly but obviously friends with all these people. I had paid for the room so I ran up to check. Smelled of cigarettes,TV was on like someone had been hanging out in the room was pretty dingy and torn up. Went back to the front desk and said the room was unacceptable. Girl did not say a word except that my money was being refunded. After we left we saw her going into room with another homeless person. Obviously a voucher situation but needs to be handled much better in the property needs serious updating. Also I looked on a different site and saw it for $40 less than I originally paid. I have not seen my refund yet, will deal with corporate if it doesn't come through soon.

The room was horrible, not clean. The only thing good about this room was the parking. My room was on the ground level and the parking was rite infront of my room
