This property is dirty, smell marijuana when you enter to the property, the pool was close, no service when you do the checking or check out, terrible bed whit bug, i never stay there again

The front dest never is there, when I try die the checkout not body is there, the window is close and have letters the I will be back and one hr, I can’t don’t way for this reason I put my key below of the window

Thankfully I was only staying for the night but did not like having to call and to wait for someone to come to be able to check in. Tha hotel is pretty beat down since people live there.

Room was clean at first glance but the soon found out it was roaches everywhere the shower was leaking water and present mold/mildew. Heavy traffic around place. TV was the only thing that kept me occupied.

Place was dirty, had to wait 30 mins for someone to check in.

THIS PLACE SHOULDN'T EVEN BE ON THIS APP BECAUSE I WAITED 1HOUR FOR SUM ONE TO CHECK US IN AND 3 MORE FAMILY CAME WITH KIDS THAT COULDN'T CHECK IN...

There were multiple bugs in our room, the carpets smelled horrible, and overall cleanliness is poor. I hate to leave a review like this but it made our stay unpleasant. HIGHLY recommend spending a little bit more to avoid an experience like ours. The staff was kind, area is decent, no problem there.

The hotel was not clean smelled like cigarettes all through the halls and the rooms are really runned down unfortunately for an extended stay it did not meet the standards of the hotel brand very disappointing and there is no staff 24 hours. And the hotel had roaches

No es lo que esperaba. Los alrededores tenían mal olor a cigarro. Tuve que solicitar cambio de cuarto por falta de limpieza en el cuarto

They didn’t allow us to check in at 9pm. I will never do business with this hotel

The hotel is really unclean and worn out. The room had a terrible for and everything was sticky. The air conditioner was broke.

Worst hostel in Orlando. I would never come back to this hotel anywhere in the world. We booked kitchen room with 2 queen beed..as soon as we arrived, the receptionist was not available, had to wait like 40 mins before she was back. Later when they gave us the room it was very later night and the whole hotel was stinky and the room was smelling so bad like it was used for a customer with dog. You can literally never sleep with that smell. We asked them to replace the room and they replaced. This room was also smelling but the smell was not too much and we were able to sleep. The big problem with this room was it had lot of cockroach and cockroach small ones were a lot. We even show one of them on the bed itself. I was scared it would go inside our ears while we were sleeping. The hotel rooms looks very old with carpet peeled off at several places and the carpet has many black spots which you could say is due to dog pop. The kitchen room never take it because they charge a lot for kitchen room but never give a single utensils, not even one spoon or cookware. The hotel said that they charge 39.99 $ to buy cookware which we never did. Please think of you don't care about all above you can come here and stay. Good Luck

Basic room amenities.

My bed sheets smelled like cigarettes. I paid $140 total. I'd like a full refund or to be billed $100 instead of $140

Cigerette smoke everwhere.. Also, place allows dogs and they bark alot

Un cuarto olia a humedad a la hora que llegue después de salir de Disney otro cuarto no contaba con las toallas de baño las instalaciones estaban feas la cocina y nevera mal aspecto no recomiendo este sitio me toco seleccionarlo de última hora y por ser dia feriado no hania alternativas pero sin duda no lo eligan el NO es rotundo paredes sucias alfombra vieja

We booked flights for the night. When we arrived, there was no one on duty to check us in. The place was dirty, smelled like cigarettes. Went next door to their sister hotel were someone was on duty. She tried to help but couldn’t contact anyone. While we were waiting, people in two different rooms came down and said there were bugs in their room. Size of horse flies without wings. No one should stay here
