Great stay for a football game

We often stay here. The rooms are always clean, well appointed for the price, and comfortable. The staff is efficient and friendly. The location is in proximity to WSU. All good things except...the breakfast is awful. We always check it out to see if there have been any improvements. We're still waiting... Stay here! Just plan to eat breakfast somewhere else.

Parking is definitely easy and convenient! Didn't enjoy the hot tub but look nice from the outside. The location is quiet and room with nice view. Surrounding seems safe! room and common areas are clean and neat. Breakfast was nice, especially with the waffle machine, bagel and sandwiches, it will be super if include boiled eggs... anyway, the coffee is good (serving throughout day & night)!

The room was clean and spacious as was the rest of the property. Staff was friendly and helpful. Appreciated the breakfast option, pool looked a lot better in person than in online photos. I do have a couple minor complaints - the hot tub was out of order. The ice machines on floors 2 and 3 weren't working, but I was able to get ice on the 1st floor. Price for the room was a good value compared to other options in Pullman.

The hotel is not the hotel described on the Expedia website. The amenities throughout were outdated or failed to work. The LG television was equipped to stream popular apps but was constrained to cable programming only. The internet was spotty and the pool and hot tub were freezing or inoperative. At breakfast, guests jostled for access to the scraps remaining as food items, juice, and coffee were not replaced promptly. My wife and I were stunned by how badly this hotel is managed.

The staff was nice. The food was good and the bed was really comfortable.

The room was spacious. A little dated but clean. I liked the breakfast sandwiches at the continental breakfast

At check in we were told several time “YOUR TYPE” of reservation is not ready yet, which is Travelocity at 5pm😡. Their service card noted “hang this on door if you do not want room serviced” wellllll they don’t service the room if you don’t call front desk and request it serviced. Requested service and still did not happen, response was “I guess house keeping forgot and they are gone for the day”. Definitely will not stay again nor recommend it!

Love that it’s local. It’s less expensive and the views are excellent.

Good value - convenient to downtown.

We loved the view from our room looking both east and west. The room was spacious and well-planned. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was quiet and the gardens were lovely. We liked the side street that led from the highway up the hill to the hotel. Easy access to Pullman proper.
