Great location and views of the river. But the room was located above the large air conditioning units which made our room very noisy while trying to sleep

Shower had low pressure to the point it Was almost unusable. The fridge was small and had old food in it. Room service was hit or miss at best.

Hotel staff friendly and serviceable room had some issues with lights and water but stay was Preston was very helpful and friendly. Great location and Thyme Restaurant waitress. Tammy excellent and gumbo was amazing.

I use to come here quite often. Haven't been in some years. Place isn't the same. A string of hair was in the corner of the sink, which is unacceptable. They asked for my request but didn't honor it, and it was a simple request. Sad to say that will be/was my last time there.

Beautiful hotel! Bar staff is exceptional. Bre was our favorite. Hotel should keep pool towels downstairs as housekeeping could not deliver towels to the pool in a timely manner. Front desk advised there were 7 deliveries in front of the pool delivery for towels without a time frame on when they would arrive. Housekeeping will only provide fresh towels in room that are on the floor and does not make beds when you stay over however nothing in the room informs you of this. Hotel charges for parking however I was not informed until checkout.

Refrigerator wouldn’t work. Couldn’t hear the TV with volume on 100. Air conditioning wouldn’t work (All 3 of these were fixed by the maintenance crew). Also found out that the A/C cuts off after 2 hours of no movement in room! I don’t move while sleeping. Shower faucet is broken. Every elevator is dirty including the parking deck elevator. Old dirty Sock and heavy dust and cobwebs beside bed. (told two separate employees and they did nothing, it's probably still there) Saw a roach run on the floor but got away before we could kill it. On 2nd day there: No towels No washcloths No toilet paper (had to use toilet in lobby downstairs) It took 4 times going to the front desk to get anyone to help. The last time was after 8 pm after being told there would be someone there shortly. This started in the early morning! The last time I would not leave until I personally saw the desk clerk call to housekeeping in front of me. Was no longer settling for “I’ll call the right away”. When housekeeping showed up, she could only give us one towel because she said the cage was locked and no one there with a key. She tried to help but couldn't. We have stayed there many times over the years and have always been satisfied. Bottomline, new management is horrible and tries to cut to many corners trying to save a dollar. We will never go back. 3rd day: housekeeping was not cleaning our room, so we went and found housekeeper and gave her large tip just so we could get the basics done.

I paid for an accesible room they gave me the total opposite my daughter was to visit after a long drive and i had to cancel her becaus ethey did not pay attention to the details of my purchase the a.c did not work and the tv i had to do something special with the remote to turn the tv i have stayed here before it was enjoyable but this time it was awful truly considering never returning. My family is first and if they cant accommodate handicapped then its time to go elsewhere.

Check in was at 4pm however due to staffing, etc, I wasn’t checked in until 6:30pm. And that was after calling the front desk and informing them about a clean room that I found for myself. Also, because I booked through Expedia, they said they couldn’t give me any discount for the serious inconvenience (late check in made me late for an event I was attending). So, not only didn’t I get compensation for my inconvenience, I may now stop using Expedia due to no way of correcting negative hotel experiences…

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I booked for an overnight romantic getaway and I was not disappointed. The view, guest services and overall cleanliness of the hotel was superb. I was unable to get breakfast the following morning due to what I perceived as slightly motivated restaurant staff. We stood in a long line for roughly 20 minutes waiting to be seated, which never happened, despite numerous open and available tables. Which had quite a few of the guest complaining amongst ourselves. Outside of the restaurant super slow pace, everything else about my overnight stay was incredible.

My husband and I were excited to stay here for his birthday weekend to see a concert on Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately, we experienced several problems during our two-day stay. First, the shower walls had mold down the tiles. Second, the bed and pillows were so soft that it killed our backs both days. Third, on the morning of Day 2, we asked the concierge for bath towels because we didn't have any. She said they don’t keep towels at the desk so she would notify the maid so she could leave them in our room when she cleaned it. A few hours later, we ended up asking the maid on our floor twice for towels, but they never arrived. After returning from lunch and seeing no towels or a clean room, my husband and I went down to the concierge desk again to request the towels. That concierge brought towels to us within 10 minutes. This long delay all morning and afternoon caused us to leave late for the concert, thus we ran into a lot of traffic. We ended up missing 40 minutes of the concert. When we returned, our room still wasn’t cleaned. We won’t be staying at this hotel again because these problems ruined what should have been a fun birthday weekend.
