Le petit déjeuner est très bon et le staff est super! La chambre est très simple, aucun miroir autre que la salle de bain, peu de lumière, odeur d’humidité dans la chambre. Sinon, le ménage est bien.

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel Best Western en pensant qu’il serait le meilleur de notre voyage, étant donné la bonne réputation de la chaîne en France. Malheureusement, ce fut tout l’inverse : l’hôtel le moins bien et le plus cher que nous ayons fait au Canada. À notre arrivée, nous avons été déçus par la propreté, notamment le sol qui n’était pas très propre. Il manquait également des éléments essentiels comme du shampoing dans la chambre. Du côté des équipements, l’absence de vestiaire à la piscine est aussi un vrai point négatif. Le parking est en plus payant, ce qui est regrettable vu le prix de la nuit. Autre point gênant : la chambre était mal isolée du bruit, ce qui a nui à la qualité de notre sommeil. Heureusement, le petit-déjeuner était à la hauteur : bon, varié et copieux, ce qui reste le seul point positif de notre séjour. Une expérience globalement décevante qui ne correspond pas du tout aux standards que nous connaissons de cette enseigne.

About the staff. There was one young man that appeared to fit a profile of working at 5star hotel. kharem was his name. Everyone else at the front desk was unprofessional and lacked basic empathy and genuine hospitality. It was Bossard, Quebec location I am referring to where I fully paid for 5 nights, and booked two rooms between my family. On the second night my sons had trouble entering their room so the manger on July 2nd came to investigate. There was no eye contact or any sort of acknowledgement from him. Instead he grunted his own frustration at us making us feel like the burden. Meanwhile he left my sons standing in the hallway tired, hungry and in need of a shower, but they needed their personal things. Not once did the manger communicate with me, the card holder for theat room. Finally my boys were put in a room and told to wait until morning! ....without their stuff! I was not even notified about the accessibility in the morning by anyone! At the front desk they acted like they didn't know how to handle my cry for attention to the matter. Only a "sorry" my bad type of reaction. One of them, I'll call him Alex found me amusing and laughed in my 👀 face, like I was being petty. No manager offered a bottle of water, nevermind owning up to the matter professionally. I later learned that this was not the first time at location to have the same issues with their locks. Humiliation is the feeling I left with.

We are a family of 4 stayed at this hotel for several days in July 2026. Overall our stay was okay, but will look for another hotel if we ever to come back to Montreal. Pros: - nice sauna and outside area by the pool - good location around the hotel with grocery stores and various restaurants - comfortable mattresses and pillows - room was fairly clean Cons: - the room smelled and was super humid even after the air conditioner was on - fan in the washroom barely worked, the water keep accumulated on the ceiling and all the surfaces - minimumal counter space in the washroom - not enough hooks to hang towels - small room for a family of 4 - our room only had two very small chairs and a tiny table - we asked for room service after two days at 8 am and when we returned to our room at 3.30 it was not done and the front staff had no estimated time of completion

Staff are very helpful in the breakfast section and the breakfast was great. Parking isn’t the best if you are on the 2nd floor

We had an enjoyable stay at this wonderful property. Staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, we had to shorten our stay and they handled it well. We really liked the gated parking. Room was spacious, very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good value - lots of choices. Also, very easy to get to and lots of shopping and eating establishments close by. Thank-you, Best Western, Brossard.

Very uncourteous staff. Not helpful at all. House keeping is worse. Inspite of our request they didn't clean the room. Breakfast was sub par. Won't use them again unless I have to. Didn't keep upto Best Western name

We had a mostly great stay. We hadn’t known about the complimentary breakfast so that was a wonderful surprise. There was quite a selection everyday. The hospitality and cleanliness were amazing. However, they did not respond to my query about a shower chair before arriving and upon arrival they said they don’t have one. It is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel not to have a shower chair. As a disabled person, this made my stay significantly harder and is not something I have ever encountered at another hotel. There was an also a surprise charge for what I believe is the internet (it said “HEBERGEMENT NUMERIQUE. Reference # 246137). Nowhere did it mention that it was not included as part of our stay. It also did not mention a charge for this when connecting to the wifi.

Clean room, good but minimal breakfast, polite staff

Great stay! Property was clean, quiet and we had a great stay. Pool got closed on the second day we were there because of technical issues which was a bummer but overall had a great stay.
