Parked right next to our room. No hot water, bath tub was dirty. The bed by the window was awful. Sunk in when you sat on it. The other bed was also squishy and worn down on one side. My burrito was bigger than the microwave 🤔 Breakfast was not that good. Canned gravy and watery waffle batter. The coffee was like brown water and they only had the powdered creamer yuck! They came in and took my trash out left new towels but didn’t make the bed. What’s up with that???

we got checked in and unloaded stuff the room. went to the pool with grand children. went back to room and discovered BED BUGS!! our daughter and family also found BED BUGs !! went to complain and our daughter got a refund! we ask for a refund and were told we have to get a refund thru Expedia, since that is how we booked it. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET OUR REUND?!?!

A great overnight for a couple of road weary RV’ers who wanted a break from setting up a campsite. Clean room, pet friendly, nice breakfast and large designated areas for RV parking with electrical outlet! Sam was very accommodating and helpful. 100% recommend

Room was clean, updated, parking in front of room, restaurants close by & pet friendly with great grass area for fur baby.

For an older motor lodge, the rooms were in exceptional shape, upgraded and fresh and clean, Only downside not much of one, was the door didn't fit well so light could be seen around one side of it, allowed a couple of fly's in but it wouldn't deter me from staying again.

The place smells bad, stood at the desk for way too long before someone e came out. The rooms smell bad, the outlets on the walls won’t hold anything. Our chargers just kept falling out like the outlet was too loose. Very loud since it’s right on a busy street. A crazy bright light was shining all night long into our room. 100% will be staying anywhere else other than here if we come back this way again.

When you drive up to the place, it doesn't look like much. But the rooms are nice, they are clean, the staff is extremely friendly and the free breakfast has plenty of options. I would recommend to anyone.

Stay was good. Quick easy service and check in.

Stayed here to start our KATY Trail tour. The facility is convenient to the trail head, but it was not very clean and had very limited breakfast options. I would likely not stay here again knowing that other options are available less than a 1/2 mile down the road.

Don't let the motel look fool you. Room was clean and nice. Plenty of hot water. WiFi was solid.
