Classic old hotel in a very central location. A bit worn. Cleaning OK but not more. Good new gym and sauna. Expensive compared to what you get, despite what looks like cut prices.

Our first room was small, window looked onto a brick wall, hair and ants in the bathroom. Stephania at the front desk was responsive and helpful, moving us into a different, clean room. Still, that first room was the impression we left with

Unfortunately our room was a big disappointment, given the photos looked quite nice. It was located on the 1st floor, very small and dated, with minimal natural light due to the wall immediately outside the window. The bathroom was unclean and dated. The bed looked like it was from the Convent round the corner. Overall a depressing space, so we decided to immediately check out and change hotels. There maybe nicer rooms available on higher floors but I wouldn't recommend from our experience.

Great location, not easy to access by car

O quarto era excessivamente pequeno e a cama “casal francesa” quer dizer meio casal , muito incômoda para dormir duas pessoas. Estamos acostumados a ficar hospedados na rede Eurostars inclusive e nosso preferido na cidade do Porto , mas este estava abaixo da crítica, não condiz com o que traz no site .

L'hôtel est très bien situé au cœur du centre historique et permet de rayonner un peu partout dans les différentes visites de la ville.m ce qui est très pratique.

Clean room, comfortable bed, great shower and location

This hotel is a blast from the past and I mean that in a good way. Excellent customer service, the room was exceptionally clean and the location, less than a block from the Quattro Canti, is ideal.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good, and always had hot water for showers. Also good servce.

Spacious modern room with all amenities overlooking g courtyard quiet and warm. Efficient staff and check-in checkout.

Hotel bem localizado no centro de Palermo. Bom atendimento e café da manhã adequado. Com bom preço, tem ótimo custo benefício. A garagem é de difícil acesso mas essa é uma característica da cidade.

La stanza pulitissima un po’ rumorosa il mattino alle 7,30 perché sotto la sala pranzo ma per noi era la sveglia per alzarci è il personale molto cortese Posizione ottima al centro di tutti i siti da vedere
