Opened the regrigerator to find leftovers from previous guest the odor was horrible. We booked a room with a jacuzzi only four of the jets work. Poor design with the steps in and out my wife fell getting out. The shower curtain does not keep water from getting on the bathroom floor which soaked the bathroom floor and could cause someone to slip and fall.

Attractive hotel, for size could use more parking. Room was clean, well stocked with basics like towels—plenty, regular glasses (I detest plastic), TV difficult to use. Beds were quite comfy, lots of pillows. Nice and quiet. Good stay.

I had a four night stay at the Garner hotel and each day I asked for my room to be cleaned and it never was. I had to ask a second time each day just to get them to take the trash.

Hotel is tired, carpets are filthy and the whole place badly needs refreshing and renovation. Bed is not comfortable.

The hotel is definitely getting dated and I doubt Marriott leaves her name on it for long. Too many things are broken, and it's just looking dull all around as; n old

The Marriott's bath towels are bigger and better quality than most hotels. They provide several more than the norm. The air conditioner quickly responded to temperature changes. The sheets are also a higher quality and super comfortable. The jacuzzi tub in the room was the main attraction for my stay. I feel they need a better cleaning protocol between quests. The mini fridge was mini, and not operating correctly. The brand they choose only cools for 2 hours straight before it turns off.

Stayed 3 nights and never got housekeeping. Reads full service and daily housekeeping on website. Ask manager after first night and he said it was every other day rooms are cleaned but after we came back the next day they still hadn't touched our room. Tiles are were broken on the bathroom floor. Just overall not a good look or service.

It was convenient off the interstate. Many restaurants to choose from. The room was spacious and clean. Nice for an overnight.

Very disappointed!! Upon check in had to put a credit on the account for extras. But the worst part was getting off the elevator in complete darkness with no AC in the hall as well. The maids said it had been that way for the last month. NO one at the front desk mentioned it!! This is NOT safe for a female traveling alone!! or for anyone else for that matter!! When mentioned at check out they weren't aware that was happening!! would NOT stay at this Marriott. I chose to stay at the Marriott because every other one I've stayed at was wonderful. This one was the complete opposite!! Totally unacceptable!!!! Deeply disappointed!!!!!!!

Convenient location, very clean, lovely pool.

This place has a lot of potential but is showing it's age. The shower looks outdated and took a very long time to warm up. The air conditioner has a motion sensor so in the middle of the night it turns off and the room gets very hot. The pillow are old and basically flat when you lay on them. It is time to update the bedding, shower and AC.
