Rooms were clean, wifi was good, break fast was alright, though no healthy options like fruits.. The exhaust in bathroom was not working and was similar issue last time couple of months back. This causes moisture and damp in bathroom and also mould in some areas. The heating is not central and difficult to set in a convection radiator manually. Not at all eco-friendly way to heat the rooms. Probably wouldn't stay here again unless improved.

Awful a dirty sock in the room dirty shower mark on the bed dirty sink

It was a good stop over for our visit to Noahs Ark Zoo. Rooms were adequate. Shower was very good. Minimalistic. We asked for an extra chair and one was brought.

Check in was a bit slow. Room was clean and tidy. Threadbare patch of carpet near the door. Iron and ironing board in room. Evening meal was good. Good choice of food for breakfast. £5 charge for car parking.

Always a decent stay with Ramada, though I can't recall I think they charged for parking, if you did, that sucks, if you didn't sorry haha.

Check in staff could have been a bit more accommodating due to health reason without the customer having to push for request to be met

Basic requirements there but no WiFi, no reception service when i tried to call from my room. VERY VERY limited food choices from the restaurant apparently due to there being no delivery that day.. felt for the reception staff as they had to keep saying no to my choices. They did manage to get the kitchen to rustle up something. Reception staff where excellent.

It's too far from the city.

Wasnt clear where the entrance was in the dark as well as the parking was hard to find. The WiFi was down and the mobile signal was poor so made it very hard to work or impossible in the room. The decor was dated not necessarily unclean but definitely old and could do with being changed

Room was very hot with no air flow so had to locate a fan. There was no WIFI as the local tower had been having issues for the past week. Disappointed this wasn’t communicated as we will now have large roaming charges to pay and WIFI was one of my ‘must haves’. If I had known I would not have stayed here. The staff were great and no reflection on the poor rating.

We liked the property being conveniently for the motorway, our room was fine.

The hotel was nice to stay in and we don’t normally eat in hotel restaurants but because of the weather we did and it was very good and affordable and the breakfast was very nice

An overnight stop whilst travelling. Very basic hotel I would say only suitable for a stopover. Our room was definitely in need of of a refurbishment. Bed was comfy enough but pillows very lumpy

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was good but bathroom could have been cleaner. Old and outdated. Food was good but staff overworked and rushed. Overall a pleasant stay and was not disappointed
