Quarto grande. Café da manhã bom, mas não tem tanta variedade / opções. Maioria do staff simpático e prestativo. Localização excelente.

O banho foi de péssima qualidade. O fluxo de água no chuveiro era muito fraco. Se a torneira da pia fosse utilizada ao mesmo tempo que o chuveiro o fluxo reduzia ainda mais.

Love the rooms + service + staff. Location is great, right in the heart of Florence. Not so happy with the breakfast buffet - not much options but ambience is great! I will still choose to stay in this hotel if I come back to Florence.

Staff was the best. Exceptional service. Room was very nice, clean, comfortable, spacious. The location was great. We would definitely stay there again on a future visit. The breakfast needs a little work, however. It was meager - had to pay extra for eggs and any warm - and spotty service

Beautiful, well-appointed hotel, lovely clean rooms with quaint old-fashioned fixtures. Staff was beyond helpful and friendly, helping us to arrange tickets, taxis, etc. And, the location is perfect! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Florence, and we will stay at this hotel again.

Toller Aufenthalt. Ruhiges Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück und nettes Personal. Sehr zuvorkommend - absolute Traumlage in Florenz.

Café da manhã muito básico pra categoria do hotel, ex, se você quiser pedir um ovo, precisa pagar, se quiser um toast, idem. Quarto mais antigo e um pouco apertado.
