Booked for hot tub but hot tub was only Luke warm

Darrin at the front desk was esleciothiughtful and helpful. Hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Other staff also friendly.

The jacuzzi was broke but clean and comfortable

Terrible toilet paper!

The property was partly closed for repairs, our room key was difficult to operate, had to return to front desk for remake. Both the fitness room and the hot tub were closed for repairs. Nevertheless the above market rate was still being charges.

Worked to help get some belongings back that I had left behind.

The hotel is currently being renovated, but construction did not take away from my trip. My room was 10 out of 10 clean and quiet. My only complaint is that Saturday and Sunday morning housekeeping started making rounds and knocking on doors at 8:30 in the morning, which is too early for me.

The room I stayed waa newly renovated. Breakfast is great. The bed is so comfortable. Friendly service and very clean. The hotel is close to lots of restaurants and store like Walmart. It is less than 10min drive to ISU. I love it.

The room, there was spot painted and not, then you cant close the door to the king room, the air flow sucks even with the fan on. It just looked sloppy for being remodled. Very disappointing.

We were never informed of the revocation of the hotel! It was horrificly horrible! And unsafe! Noisy then u could ever comprehend Told there was a restaurant n there wasn’t!

We enjoyed our time at the property, it was nice clean and the breakfast was good! The front office staff was pleasant and informative. We thought the beds and linens were extra comfortable! The only problem we had was with the tv, we could not cast or stream any app. That was unfortunate but overall we would stay there again😊

They were remodeling. Our room was remodel & looked great ! Can’t wait to see the results of the rest of the project. I think the dinning room should be opened so we use it instead of eating in our room !

Found a few ants in our room but otherwise everything was wonderful

The hot tub was to hot to use.

Very clean. Friendly close to everything.

Rooms were dirty with actual garbage. TV didn't work. Toilet clogged in multiple rooms. Mold in bathroom. Lamp rusty. Celing falling down in bathroom. Hair in drawers, and not the ones from your head. Hair in sheets.

The property was in major disrepair in all areas of the building. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. The worst was both beds sheets were full of random hairs. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until my child was husband were already asleep. I hated to wake them up to move them to another hotel. If it wasn’t for this we would have left. We wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
