I checked into my room and the associate at the front desk said there were 2 air machines in ny room and she would be up to remove them. I was in my room a few minutes and yes they were there and the room smelled. I changed went past the desk and said they were still there as I walked out the door. I came back late that night I looed to see if someone was at the front desk but no one was there. I went in to my room and they were still there. The room still smelled.

The air conditioning was great and the parking lot was well lit and felt safe.

The building and rooms are showing their age but nothing was terrible. With two properties right beside this hotel, check them out first.

I've stayed in this hotel before and was very disappointed to see its current condition. Parking was very limited, the room itself smelled very strongly of mold, there were chunks of drywall that had fallen from the ceiling onto the floor and had not been vacuumed. I was staying in a handicapped equipped room and the sink had exposed splintered wood on the frame. There was large patches if visible black mold on the walls.

Hotel was very nice. Clean room and the breakfast was good.

Room was at a comfortable temperature, clean and well made.

The best place for the price point.

Absolutely disappointed. Was booking a room while on the road. Was looking for a hotel that night somehow the date change on my booking and I did not notice till after booking. Immediately tried changing the date thru the hotels.com and calling the hotel. The night clerk initially told me he would change it and then called back and told me policy did not allow it and it had to got thru hotels.com. Customer service called and was told only a manager could do that and had to wait almost 48 hrs to be told no change and no refund. Horrible customer service.

Property was not well maintained. First room we were given had a terrible moldy stench. But the desk clerk replaced with another similar room on a different floor that was cleaner.

Room was updated nicely but bathroom had cracked floor tiles, tub was clean but looked dingy. Faucet in tub wasn’t secured.

Nice bed. pillows too small- sink slow to drain. check in was slow but there was three sets in line and it was after 6 pm - still near 20 minutes.
