The property was clean. Breakfast was excellent in the room was immaculate.

This is a nice clean hotel. Great location for shopping and dining. I would have given it a 5 star rating, but trash collection should not occur at 4:00am. Please arrange a different time for trash collection that does not disturb guests who are most likely sleeping at 4:00am.

Very nice hotel

Room was extremely clean and well maintained. Only problem was fan not working in bathroom. Breakfast was great and area very clean and maintained also. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Sanford.

An older property by design, but modernized and kept up well. No issues with cleanliness. Too many dogs for our taste. That may negatively affect choosing this hotel for future potential stays. Definite lack of counter space, especially in the bathroom. Turns out our room was for wheelchair access, so some of the counter space issues may be related to that. We didn't see other rooms, so we can't compare. English speaking staff was very friendly, and the non-English speaking staff were okay--there is just a language barrier that hinders easy communication. Breakfast was very good, well stocked, continuously re-stocked and the personnel were friendly & helpful. The cushions for the booth tables sank way down and were difficult to get up from.

The hotel was conveniently located to my class. Very clean and quiet.

It wasa great clean room to crash for the night. All employees were nice. Wish breakfast was a bit earlier as we normally leave for the day at 530-6 am.
