Friendly staff, good breakfast. Great location for the Airport. Well priced

The hotel is very outdated and worn. A lamp in our room didn’t turn off, a light flickered before turning on, blackout curtain had tears and there was blood on a door handle. The carpet throughout was worn & “bubbling” in lots of areas. The buffet breakfast was cold & the sausages tasted like they were freezer burnt. Front staff were nice though.

There was a kids tournament so it was chaos but considering, they managed it super well and sleep was great!

Train nearby very noisy throughout the night, $100 per night, payment taken at check in rather than check out. No instructions on how appliances work in the room, no ice on the floor. When reported no one came to fix. No room service.

It was a great stay, entry/exit syore was quite jarring with the location of ohr room it was just unfortunate.

Didn’t like how

Stayed here as we had an early flight next morning and Hotel is conveniently located close to Park n Fly. Carpets in the rooms 1st floor need some serious cleaning and so do the couches in the Lobby. Breakfast was below average from other Holiday Inn's we've stayed at. Front staff was very pleasant and easy to check in and out.

Good but old

This hotel was great, starting with the friendly staff, very clean updated rooms with the most comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast had lots of hot and cold options. Definitely will stay there again.

Possibly the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. The smell, yikes.

It is really nice, the only problem is that we didnt get the room with sofa bed when it was advertise that there is a sofa bed.

Very outdated Advertized late checkout but don't offer it

We love staying here. This was our fourth or fifth stay at this property. The staff are always so friendly. The reception desk staff gave my kids muffins even though the breakfast area was closed. My kids love the slide. The price of the rooms is aleays so readonable. We will stay here again.
