This was a very enjoyable stay in a spacious and comfortable room. Staff were also very good.

Very hard bed, no air conditioning but the room did have a very noisy fan. Breakfast was not well stocked, maybe they were short staffed?

Great place to stay. Rooms clean and tidy. Staff make you feel welcome.

Friendly and efficient check-in. Room excellent, great value for money and good location for easy access.

Amazing hotel would stay again

Brilliant hotel with amazing staff. The hotel is dog friendly and We were made to feel extremely welcome - extra fuss was showered on our 4legged companion. This is our 2nd stay here and will definitely stay again

Stayed here as we ran out of steam on our travels. The bed was great and breakfast was amazing!

Stayed here a few times, very convenient to break our journey to Blackpool from the South near the M6 motorway, staff very friendly, would recommend.

Good stay overall. Cooked breakfast was good. Marmalade dispenser was empty and breakfast had just started. Attention to detail, checking prior to opening for breakfast would have been good. Bed was comfortable enough for a reasonable good sleep.

The sheets on the bed were soiled. I reported this to reception who acted quickly to move me to another room, but this standard of room preparation is unacceptable.

Stayed many times before. New breakfast area is lovely.

The heater in our room was broken, it was stuck on full & could not be turned down, resulting in a temperature that was unbearable. 5am only option given was to change rooms. At 6.20am a fire alarm went off. Zero hours sleep was had.

You have small areas around Hotel to walk dog. Was on top floor with puppy and needed quick exit if he needed to go to the toilet during night so was not good. Was on same level as M6 so was noisy for me. The person who booked me in seemed offish and hurried me. Food in pub next to Hotel, okay, small portion but dogs are allowed.

Rooms a little dated but staff were excellent, parking very close and ample, location just off the M6 fantastic. Room was quiet and dark with lights off, heating sufficient to stave off the -7 degrees weather we had. Showers powerful and warm.

Lovely, efficient staff. Dead easy to find and very convenient.
