Le Château Montebello est un véritable coup de cœur. L'hôtel est magnifique, avec un charme et un cachet qui impressionnent dès l'arrivée. Le cadre est somptueux et l'ambiance chaleureuse. Ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c'est la richesse des activités proposées — il y en a pour tous les âges et on ne s'ennuie pas une seule seconde. C'est l'endroit idéal pour profiter pleinement en famille, les enfants sont aux anges et les parents aussi ! Un séjour que je recommande sans hésitation pour une escapade mémorable en famille.

Chateau Montebello is not just a hotel but a total experience. The resort is beautiful and well manicured and the Fairmont style employees make you feel really welcomed. We have stayed at the chateau for many many years and it never disappoints. The only negative comment is that the price of the food & beverage is astronomical $$ but well worth the experience.

Super kids friendly with lots of activities for everyone. Everything for both summer & winter seasons. Beautiful historical building with lots of memories and famous people. Totally awesome 😎 Thanks for a wonderful weekend. We have a great time together with 4 grandkids.

Bel hôtel et vieilles installations vielleilles chambres avec vieilles douches, Bruit de tremblement des toilettes de la chambre des voisins. Vieille climatisation bruyante et le frigidaire aussi. Nous étions venus pour profiter de la piscine et le spa. Piscine accessible que dimanche après midi et pas lundi matin et donc pas d’informations affichées sur la fermeture de la piscine car problèmes avec hydroquebec. Petit déjeuner moyen avec des pains mous, des baguels tout petit !!! Pas de jus d’orange ni pamplemousse … Ça doit changer pour un hôtel Fairmont, à Montréal les petits déjeuner sont bien meilleurs

It's such a beautiful and historic property! The food was very good but quite expensive. There are a few restaurants in town that are also excellent and cheaper.

Super stay. The blanket was not that clean but everything else was perfect.

An amazing place loved it

Beautiful grounds, walking trails, activities and pool! We loved it for a couples stay and will bring the kids next time.

Staff is amazing , our room was smelly like dog’s pee or something similar to this . We couldn’t get a coffee in the morning since everything was closed . 6:30 am everything is closed . We can hear people from others rooms especially from room over us . Site is amazing and quiet . Main lobby is beautiful and cozy .

I upgraded our room at check in. We were initially booked on the rustic side of the hotel…according to front desk. She recommended the renovated side, which I happily agreed to. We had a river view and quiet surroundings. Restaurant is fabulous….property is beautiful.

The room was very nice with a lovely view out to the river. Did not appreciate the sewage pumper truck clearing the catchment drain at 8:00 AM right outside our room - extremely noisy! The staff were all very helpful. Would come again.

Great stay with hiking and biking trails and fire pits on the property. The hotel is quite old but has a nice mountain vibe. It’s nice to sit in the lobby with the huge fireplace and have drinks. Unfortunately the heater in our room was constantly on even we had the setting on off, so the room was too hot. Otherwise, a very nice weekend. We will come back.
