Great property, enjoyed the stay

Center of downtown… clean property and friendly staff .

The hotel is too expensive for what it offers. AC and minibar in the room were so loud that we had to turn them off.

My husband and I stayed April 2025. This is a perfect location to all of the restaurants and shopping. It is also nice that they have their own private beach access and pool. Omar at the Woode's Rogers Tavern is the best Bartender!

Overall great experience. Rooms were good and well kept. Dining facilities provided several options. Pools were clean, and towels and chairs were available. Staff was cordial and friendly. Beach was clean and sand was smooth.

Loved the location of this hotel - it was right in the downtown core and walking distance to the Fish Fry (where you can find dozens of local restaurants). The private beach was an amazing benefit and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms weren’t the most modern and they didn’t have balconies, but they were clean and spacious.

Lovely property with attentive, helpful staff. Restaurants and poolside bar serve delicious food and drinks. Cruise ship port is adjacent and there's some noise when ships are pulling in and out, but it's pretty minor. We were a little disappointed at how quickly everything shuts down in the afternoon once the cruise ships leave.

This place has such a rich history and you get absorbed by it. It was recently renovated and they did a great job. Saff is lovely and always helpful. We noticed this visit that they are allowing outside guests to purchase day passes to enjoy their property. Well this has turned into an over populated beach at this once quiet haven. I understand the attempt to generate more income but not at the expense of your loyal customers. They clearly get overwhelmed with trying to control the crowd and trying to confirm if that person is there with a paid pass or not. Unfortunately the beach and pools had a bunch of strays or non-payers and they will never be able to completely control this. With that said, this creates a bit of a safety concern and unfortunately we will probably not be returning for this fact alone. Especially being located downtown you need to secure the property with everything that is heppening there lately.

Great beach, location and service

The hotel was very nice and the team were welcoming from start to finish. The whole property was very clean and our room was immaculate. We did have a problem with our shower which could not be fixed whilst we were in our room, but D did everything he could to help us and did so with a smile.

Excellent staff, very clean hotel and room service every day. Clean beach and this is located in Downtown Nassau so its great. Right by the port so you see cruise ships come by every day. Absolutely loved our stay!!

I was supposed to have a city view but i got a view of the roof instead. I was on the second floor. I honestly wouldn't have minded the roof view if there were at least some flowers or trees instead of just a dirty slab. The hotel itself was excellent. I just really love a good view.

The hotel was very beautifully renovated but the rooms were small and had absolutely no view. The beach and pool area was very nice however service was slow while trying to order anything at the pool or beach. The staff working at the front desk were lovely and hospitable. Overall we had a nice stay.

One of the worst hotels that I been in, Service bad at the reception desk, Hotel main restaurant you order drink and food , you lucky if you get after 35 minutes , I usually don’t put reviews but on this hotel I must

Rooms smell bad

Absolutely loved my stay! This charming hotel is super central and felt totally safe as a solo woman traveler. The beach is stunning—with plenty of chairs, helpful staff, and no need to trek through a giant resort. My “garden view” room even had ocean views, and I loved watching the cruise ships go by. The Caribbean chicken wrap? So good. Bonus points for live music at the hotel bar, and having McDonald’s across the street and Junkanoo Beach just a short walk away (though the hotel’s beach is way better). You even get access to Margaritaville as a partner property! Perfect spot for a relaxing, no-fuss getaway.

cleanliness as soon as you enter the main lobby. Rooms were clean. King size bed comfortable. Housekeeping always left us 2 water bottles each day.
