Great front desk staff

Great stay!

Staff generously let us use the breakfast area to meet with some friends, went above and beyond for us.

Everything was really nice and clean.

My cousin and I were in Kerrville to explore the surrounding Hill Country and picked Hampton Inn due to its excellent reputation. We had only a few minor problems—the shampoo dispenser was empty plus the alarm clock went off every morning in spite of our efforts to disable it. There was no ice dispenser on our floor although there was a sign and space for one. Otherwise, our room was clean and comfortable, tv, refrigerator and microwave all worked well, and breakfast was very good with plenty of offerings. All personnel were polite and pleasant.

Never use Expedia. Their cancellation and refund policy is not reasonable.

Always stay at this hotel anytime that I am in Kerrville. The rooms are always clean and the breakfast is delicious.

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay where there is amazing free breakfast, this is the place for you! The beds were very comfortable and there were lots of channels on the TV. Also it was very quiet during our stay and the breakfast was delicious!

The hotel rooms and bathrooms are outdated. The water pressure was very low. Overall, I don’t mind the hotel and don’t mind staying there again.

The room was very clean. Plenty of towels were provided for our overnight stay. The items available on the breakfast buffet were plentiful and hot.

All was well until the 75.00 pet fee which is not noted on the Expedia listing or any pet fee.

Parking appeared to be problematic due to those that couldn’t park between the lines. Otherwise the stay was great. Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean. Aroma when you walked in was pleasant and refreshing!

I’ve stayed here before . Overall is good but breakfast area could have some upgrades .only one waffle maker took like 25 mins to get them done for a family of 4 while others needed to wait. Also the variety of food wasn’t enough like I’ve seen in other Hampton/Hilton hotels . Clean room and bathrooms .

Efficient friendly staff that were helpful and sincere. Room was spacious. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. I love the Texas shaped waffles! Accessible bathroom and room had plenty of room for wheelchairs or even electric chairs. Thank you!
