Lovely, clean, spacious room, very comfortable bed & pillows, front desk staff very nice, lots of choices for breakfast, underground parking was a bonus - very safe. Room's bathroom was large but no room for toiletries (should be a counter? table? between sink & toilet). Not very good water pressure for shower in morning. Would book this hotel again (providing very good price doesn't go sky high when renos are complete).

Building was under construction and we were unable to see outside our room. Our stay was 5 days and the breakfast lacked variety.

It’s currently under significant renovations, but the rate reflected the inconvenience. Almost no noise, but the building is wrapped with scaffold, so no natural light. The pet charge was pretty steep, and there’s wasn’t a room specifically for pets. The heated underground parking was a plus.

They are renovating and the only view out your window is a tarp

Staff was amazing. Construction was being done on hotel during my visit and pool was closed. The breakfast was fabulous nothing lacking there. Furniture in front of hotel is woren. The best pillows ever.

The hotel was under construction.. & the pool wasn't open. Parking was limited as we drive a truck and wouldn't fit in the underground. So we didn't leave cause we didn't want to lose our spot. Our room was nice and breakfast was good.

"I'm disappointed with my recent stay booked through Expedia. The property's exterior renovation wasn't disclosed, blocking the view and making the place look old. Inside, the carpets and paint are old, and the room is dimly lit. The layout is awkward, with the washroom door facing the bed, compromising privacy. There were also no hangers in the washroom. Not what I expected."

The staff was absolutely terrible. They treated my wife and I like we weren’t worth their time, being extremely condescending and raising their voices at us. At no point did we receive anything close to customer service or quality that I would expect from a Hampton hotel.

Construction and pool closures were not noted on the site until after the non refundable booking was already completed

There was construction happening on the outside of the building and my daughters room the windows were covered with plastic wrap for the construction, which made me think that it was unsafe to be in a room where you couldn't see or get out if there was a fire. The first room we were given, the fan in the heater was so loud we needed to switch rooms. The carpet in the hall was extremely worn and had parts missing. The cupboards in the kitchen were really old. For the price during construction seemed to be a lot, possibly could have been discounted during the renovations.

Great place to stay, there were renovations going on at the time.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Exterior of building was under renovation, but the staff reached out and informed me of the renovations prior to my arrival. The renovations had no effect on our stay. Stayed at this hotel in the past, and will stay there again.

Is in renovation, no pool

Breakfast was hot and had some good options. Parking was awesome - elevator access from hotel. Room was tidy and staff were friendly. Close to the university and mall and restaurants. A lovely stay!

All was good. The hotel.was under renovation so no pool or hot tub but that was acceptable. The hallway carpets are worn, but they are renovating so they are dealing with it! Great location for the Southern Jubilee Venue.

Shower had pubic hair and dust, toilet had filth on the inside of the lid, rugs were in tatters, the hallways were masked with the smell of tacky car freshener so heavily that it was hard to breathe and created headaches for our group rather than just to property clean. The room didn’t have tissue or TP stocked. And the breakfast was cold
