Litt slitt og trist hotell. Ingen air condition og veldig varmt rom. Relativt kjedelig og trist frokost. Grei plassering i byen.

Det var et rigtig fint hotel, men når det er hedebølge, så skal der være bedre udluftning/ventilator på værelset. Havde en gammel en, som ikke var sat samme , og som ikke virkede ret godt. Men et sted jeg sagtens kunne besøge igen

Hotels sisteminden kaynaklı cocuklarin yaşlarının yanlış çıkması ile ilgili sorun yaşadık ama bunun disinda olumsuz yorumlardan dolayı biraz korkarak gitsek de biz otele bayıldık. Yeri zaten harika, hemen merkezde ve her yere yürümek aşırı kolay, oda oldukça buyuk ve havadardi( vantilatör yerine klima olsa harika olurdu ama yine de sıcak bir tarihte gitmemize ve çatı katında kalmamıza rağmen cok bunalmadik), odanın camından katedralin çatısını görmek muhteşemdi. Kahvaltı da oldukça iyiydi. Kesinlikle harika bir deneyim oldu bizim icin

The over riding disappointment was the fact that the attractive hotel and courtyard photo on the Hotels.com home page is simply NOT the hotel. In reality, the hotel is in a back street, cramped on all sides. We found it very difficult to find, through the maze of one-way and trams-only streets. In fairness, once in to the hotel, it wasn’t too bad. No kettle in rooms though. Breakfast ok. Reception claimed to have tried to alter the photo on website several times but with no lasting effect. But we would never have booked this type of hotel had we known. We were unable to contact Hotels.com by live chat before check-in, as the 5G signal wasn’t strong enough, and couldn’t use hotel WiFi without first checking in. Touché. Attached photo shows the real building first, and then the alleged building.

Good staff, great breakfast

This is the perfect location for visiting the Black Forest right at the edge of the city of Frieburg (allowing no cars, in case you weren't aware). We stayed for two nights hiking in the area and visiting the Open Air Museum. Frieberg was charming for late afternoon/evening activities. The hotel is not fancy, but perfect for most as it is well maintained, guest oriented and extremely clean. Parking is available for 15e per night. The complimentary simple buffet breakfast provided each morning was a wonderful way to start each day. Service by both the front desk and breakfast staff was friendly, genuine and excellent. Inexpensive laundry service was available with quick turnaround, which was so helpful as we were close to finishing a multi-week trip. Restaurant recommendations provided were thoughtful and perfect for our needs. 5 stars for our visit May 14-16, 2026. Don't wait to book. I booked months in advance and was super glad when I checked weeks later and there was no availability.

Room was very clean, nice breakfast in the morning, staff were very accommodating and nice. PERFECT location - close to train station and situated only a block from old town Freiburg.

Perfect for our short trip. Very centrally located. Nice staff, nice breakfast, nice room & nice price. Great to be able to leave bags after check out & before leaving town as the hotel is small so appreciated not having to carry bags round all day.

Houve um pequeno imprevisto com nossa reserva, foi arrumado um quarto para 3 pessoas ao invés das 4 que havia reservado, mas a funcionária foi solícita para resolver a questão. Fomos realocados em um quarto maior. Um bom cafe da manhã organizado por horários pré agendados. O hotel tem localização que facilita explorar os pontos turísticos da cidade.
