The standard by which I will now judge all other hotels - absolutely fantastic in everyway. The staff were kind, courteous and welcoming, the food was delicious and the room was absolutely immaculate. A truly unforgettable birthday weekend. We will definitely be back.

Amazing stay, facilities and perfect service

Our three night stay at Killarney Park Hotel was the highlight of our two week trip to Ireland! The entire resort was in impeccable condition and every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful and professional. We dined at both the Garden Bar and The Peregrine ands the food was excellent at both restaurants. Shopping and dining were both close by, along with several interesting sites.

We stayed at The Killarney Park for three of our ten nights in the southwest of Ireland and wish we could have stayed there all ten! The hotel was superb in luxury, customer service, and attention to detail. From bath salts for the claw-footed tub to a welcome note and snack from the management, the staff went out of their way to give us the vacation of a lifetime. The hotel is steps from the most beautiful park we've ever walked (Killarney House and Gardens) and is across the street from shops and restaurants. The food is flavorful, and they did an excellent job ensuring that my gluten-free requirements were met. Neither of us wanted to leave! Our next trip to Ireland we will stay here!

Outstanding!

Everything about our stay was delightful. The staff was so friendly and helpful, from assisting with bags to making suggestions for plans for the day- they did everything possible for us. The room is lovely and comfortable. The large tub in the ensuite was a bonus. Breakfast was delicious, definitely don’t skip it. We will absolutely be back.

This may have been my favorite hotel I’ve stayed in while traveling. Situated in the heart of town, the staff really went above and beyond to accommodate our large party that included 4 small children. Luxurious yet elegantly casual, we felt right at home. Sometimes a 5 star resort can come up short however this hotel was fantastic in every way! The included breakfast was over the top delicious and the town was fantastic! I would give this property my highest marks!

Great place

Outdated hotel, that in its present state, is not deserving of the 5 star rating. That being said, renovations are supposedly to occur in November but the cobwebs in the room extending from the bedside table to the ceiling corner and ratty bathrobes robes have no bearing on a much needed renovation. Room was extremely small, no water pressure in shower, shower was very tiny, as was the bathroom overall. Toilet was constantly running and required multiple flushes. Food at both restaurants was extremely bland. Bellhops and one receptionist were of five star caliber but the majority of the other staff wasn't notable. If you are looking to sleep earlier than 11-12pm, bring earplugs. If your room faces the front of the hotel, you will hear the bars across the street blasting music. Our stay at The Victoria hotel down the street, was much more grand.
