チェックイン時間が遅くなった場合の対処法の連絡に気付かず焦りました。 早目にチェックイン時間をお知らせするべきでした。 スタッフはとても明るく元気でした。 部屋はバスルームに換気扇が無く湿気がすごかったです。 シャワーは真上に固定されているので、蛇口をひねる都度濡れるのでちょっと不便です。

スタッフの方々皆さん元気で明るく、そして対応も親切でとても気持ち良い時間を過ごせ感謝してます。 また機会があれば是非利用したいです。 ありがとうございました。

Excellent location for walking to a lot of things. So clean. And staff so very kind. Luggage storage. Swimming pool. Quiet after 11pm. Laundry facility. Be mindful no microwave in room but there is a shared microwave in laundry facility with kitchen sink. Very nice.

I have no complaints about this hotel……. Clean, comfy, great breakfast and friendly staff. The guest laundry is a definite plus. So good when one has been on the road for a few days.

This is the THIRD time I have visited the Coral Tree Inn (1995, 2003, 2026) I love coming here. I love the hotel; staff, the POOL, the BREAKFASTS, and TOURIST SUPPORT! They actually BOOK tours and trips for you! Excellent! See you again!

清潔な室内、フレンドリーなスタッフ、BBQ設備の無料レンタル（塩胡椒、油、アルミホイル、トング付き）。 高級感を求める人は他のホテルにした方が良いがコスパは最高。 休みが取れたらまた行きたい！ フロントのオープンが6:30なので、それ以前に着くと荷物すら預けられない。

The room was clean, freshly painted and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect for our early morning activity. Highly recommend

The room had everything you needed and was perfect. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was lovely and the laundry room and communal microwave a great help. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was limited, not much choice. Staff were very pleasant and eager to help but facilities were ‘tired’. Good location for town centre though.

Would avoid until construction work complete. Drilling on bathroom walls at 8am, huge amount of noise and vibration. We vacated room asap. We raised this with staff who just said they were having bathrooms renovated, no apology or much interest in disturbance really

Das Zimmer war gut und ich fand es auch super, dass wenn man am "green stay programm" teilgenommen hat, einen 10 AUD Gutschein pro Tag für das Frühstück bekommen hat und man sich jederzeit an den Getränken und den Snacks bedienen konnte. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut mit einer tollen Auswahl. Die Säfte fand ich auch sehr gut. Ich werde wiederkommen.

Cairns is a resort area (Great Barrier Reef) and tropical. Our room on the main floor was perhaps a little more utilitarian such as tiled floors but was approppriate for a beach resort area. It contained a comfortable bed and a small outdoor patio off the room. As a cyclone was in the vacinity the weather did not cooperate. As most visitors spent a significant amount of time indoors, the internet was taxed.We were given a discount on breakfast but didn't find it very appealing. I would go back to this quaint hotel as it met my needs.
