Nice clean hotel throughout. Plenty of onsite parking. Friendly welcome. Clean comfy room. Food was good at both the evening meal and breakfast.

Exactly what we expected from a Hotel carrying a Marriot flag. The bes was large and comfortable. There was a spacious desk to work and the TV was modern with screen mirroring feature. Well equipped gym.

We stayed here for one night, but didn't use the restaurant (there's a Costa and Greggs nearby) or other facilities, so can't comment on those. The entire building looks very new, is in good repair and clean. The room was smart and comfortable. Despite being located close to the A45, it was very quiet. I could barely hear traffic when standing right next to the window. There were only very minor issues: The room's heating was a little noisy (fan noise) when operating, but not terribly so. The card operated door lock was a little awkward to open (we really had to crank the handle hard at the beep). There wasn't a fridge in the room. It looks like there used to be a minibar installed in the TV cabinet, but guess no longer profitable so removed.

The pressure of the shower in my room wasn’t very strong at all, also it would be nice if the staff could explain the form which they require you to sign at check in rather then just asking for a signature.

Convenient location for the purpose of our stay. The hotel was easy to find with plenty of onsite parking. The hotel had everything we needed for a short stay. Loved the free hot chocolate available on the evening and the drinks in the bar were reasonable prices.

Stayed for one night but the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and in clean and spacious room. Would surely stay again if in Northampton.

Room was absolutely spotless, reception and corridors all very clean and very well maintained. Very friendly, polite and efficient staff, lovely surroundings and very peaceful in and out. Loads of free car parking and free Wifi. Nice powerful shower and lovely toiletries.The only thing that let it down was the food and TV. Very limited menu, chose not to eat in the restaurant as it said there was a discretionary service charge of £12.50 and I would have felt awkward asking for it to be removed. Ordered 2 burgers via room service for myself and my 9 year old and it was £43. Nice burgers but way too expensive. TV was disappointing, we were hoping to watch movies using my Netflix and Disney accounts but the TV was not connected to WiFi so it was just terrestrial channels and not many of them. For those reasons I don't think we would stay again which is a shame

Good condition overall, bar food & drink expensive, good location near the m-way network. Gym is small but provided there are not many in its ok
