Everything good so far

Staff and guests were incredibly helpful getting my parents' luggage to their room and unloaded. They came into town from 3 hours away, and my Dad (80) is being seen for a fractured vertebrae in his back, so his mobility is very limited and it's hard for my Mom to do it all. They were incredibly grateful.for.a.beautiful handicap accessible room, and incredibly kind and caring people to help them settle in. I'm incredibly grateful for all of the people who went above and beyond for my parents. Bless you! 💕

The workers of the breakfast buffet were not keeping up with the hot food trays. The tables were all dirty.

The room was fine, nothing special, a little dated. Front desk staff was pretty unpleasant. Upon arrival our plan was to park at the property and shuttle to the airport as the posting said parking available for $10/day. When I checked in and asked to set this up I was told they have no parking and were pretty unapologetic about it. When we set up the shuttle for a portion of my family the next morning since i had to find another parking solution, they only do the shuttles on the hour and the next morning said they didn't have us down for our shuttle and again they seemed annoyed by it instead of helpful. Would not recommend this hotel, definitely stay somewhere more accomodating and with better customer service training.

None of the TV's worked at this property. I was there with a group. We were all essentially told sorry and that's it. The treadmills also didn't work and there isn't much else. Place was older and moderately dirty.

This hotel seemed to have a lot of traffic. Good traffic, filled with families. Hotel was well kept and friendly. A little outdated, but aren’t they all!

Perfect for our overnight stay!

The staff was helpful and friendly. The place needs an update. Our room was not very clean. There were lots of marks on the walls and small holes etc. The pull out couch was filthy and soo uncomfortable. The pool is very cloudy and tiny. Over all this hotel needs some serious love.

Close to the interstate. When checking in the morning staff was helpful. After getting to the room we found bathroom door would not lock and conditioner was empty along with rust in the bathtub... when checking in the price difference from booking and actual price was a $100 difference. On the second night there we arived back at the hotel and found there was no parking and the receptionist was not helpfull and said we had to park at a different hotel and take a uber back (that did not work for us as we ha e little children with car seats)

The fire Alarm woke the whole hotel up at 6:30am, because of burnt toast. The beds are older and pushed both my spouse and I to the center. The suite was smaller than expected, we won’t stay here again.

Very clean and the staff were friendly. We enjoyed our stay.
