Our stay was quite disappointing. The same banana peel and half-empty Sprite bottle remained in the stairwell for the duration of our visit, which was unsettling. The pool was visibly dirty, with noticeable brown slime at the bottom. Our room was uncomfortably hot and poorly stocked — there was only a quarter roll of toilet paper, a single tissue, no shampoo (though there was conditioner), and overall it felt neglected.

if you're looking into this hotel for the pool/ hot tub i would look somewhere else. the room itself was nice and it was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating but the pool is certainly run down a bit..

The property was great for the price. the staff was excellent, and I have to say the housekeeping was great too. Breakfast area was clean and staff was very helpful. I didn't know the place didn't have an elevator, but we were fine. We brought our dog and were treated very well.

Stayed the night on a long road trip. The breakfast didn't have a lot to offer, so if that's the reason you pick somewhere I'd stay somewhere else. The rooms were in need of an upgrade, the tubs peeling and the pool looked like it needed a good clean. But the beds were very comfortable and the staff was kind. Overall served its purpose as an overnight stop.

Clean, quiet and comfortable hotel stay. Came for a hockey tournament and would stay here again next time.

The room was clean. Booked the kitchenette room but only one fry pan in really bad shape one large plate and no utensils.

Room smelled from old tobacco smoke, had to spray the room with my hair & body spray to get it to smell better. The carpet stained & should be removed, probably has the lingering smoke & old smell. The window in bathroom didnt close proper or could even lock it. Was booked online & couldnt cancel to get refund. Pool water didnt look clean, didnt try it..

For the price it was above expectations. Very friendly staff. Coffee at breakfast was not great but I was pleased with option of real dishes and cutlery. Breakfast room was bright and clean and had a very satisfactory selection of breakfast options including eggs. I would recommend this motel and will rebook in the future if I’m travelling in the area.

From the moment we arrived at Ramada Quesnel, we were blown away by the impeccable service and stunning atmosphere. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was not only spacious but also the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch. Will recommend this hotel to others for sure!

Was in Quesnel for a course. It’s always a pleasure to stay at the Ramada.

Comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast, quiet, pool was decent

Worst Ramada ever stayed at! -15 out and no heat, except for bathroom, in room. No other rooms available due to sports events in city. Staff provided a portable heater that had to be turned off at bedtime due to brightness!

Zero stars. Absolutely disgraceful and not what is advertised online. I wasn’t expecting the Ritz but there is a bare minimum of cleanliness and upkeep that I do expect and this property missed the mark. It was so bad that I cancelled the reservation as soon as I walked into the room. Do better, Ramada.
