Not meet my expectations!

The room was a bit worn but otherwise decent size and average comfort. The basics one expects with any hotel were not provided: no coffee maker in the room so no coffee with buying it downstairs; no hot water for tea, u y less tea bags; in fact not even a small bottle of drinking water was provided. When I used the shower I discovered that the soap dispenser was completely empty and no pucks of soap were provided. There is a restaurant on site but when we went for dinner after a day´s hike we were told that the restaurant doesn’t have any dinner service and there was no room seri de. The basics one expects with any hotel at the 3 star level or above were simply not there.

The staff member Male on arrival was rude and unwelcoming Was again unhelpful asking for directions and replacement item Staff at breakfast unhelpful and only allowed one cup of coffee! Shower gel had ran out on arrival This is the tenth hotel this break and unfortunately the worst This was to be the best for our stay as a treat but extremely disappointed Body lotion has ran out this morning These items should be checked

It was an ideal place after the Portuguese Coastal Camino Had THE best sleep of all my 12 day walk. Very accommodating reception staff

Nothing special about this hotel except friendly staff

Un hotel de lujo a pocos pasos del centro histórico y a unos 10 minutos del aeropuerto. Habitaciones muy amplias y camas grandes y cómodas. También tenía una pequeña sala de estar con mesa y sillones. El desayuno buffet estuvo bien aunque no tan variado. Recomiendo limpiar los cobertores de colchón y no solo las sábanas. Al llegar y revisar la cama pude ver algunos vellos y suciedad debajo de las sábanas en el cobertor del colchón. Las almohadas un poco planas para mí gusto, me hubiera gustado tener a mano un menú de almohadas para solicitar el cambio.
