The room was very nice. However the doors are not soft close so it was very loud at times & echoing. It would have been nice to have coffee & tea available in the room The staff were neutral - not very friendly

Great location near to bus stops, metro and tram. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room had great view of theatre and river and was very clean with good facilities.

Chambre grande et confortable mais desuet, hotel vieillissant. Chambre tres mal insonorisée de la rue et des autres chambres. plus lumiere du couloir toujours allumée et visible par la porte dans la chambre. petit dejeuner bien.

Ottimo hotel, situato in zona casco viejo con ristoranti e negozietti a pochissimi metri. Stanza grande e spaziosa per 3 persone. Colazione buona e varia. Personale gentile. Comodo anche per i mezzi, noi abbiamo utilizzato il bus turistico che ha una fermata proprio davanti all' hotel. A piedi, percorrendo il lungofiume, si raggiunge con una passeggiata il museo guggenheim e anche altre attrazioni come la funicolare. Ci tornerei.

La habitación, fabulosa. Amplia y con vistas al parque del Arenal y al teatro Arriaga. Muy amable el personal de recepción y el de limpieza. Hemos estado varias veces, y seguro que repetiremos.

La habitación muy limpia y bonita, el personal igual menos la recepcionista de las mañanas, es un poco grosera pero de ahí en fuera todo súper bien
