Rating & Review Keseluruhan Hotel Feng, BW Signature Collection

We were in Parksville for a famlly event. We were happy that our early check in was accommodated and we were able to settle in after our very early ferry ride. The woman at the front desk was wonderful! The room was clean and freshly renovated. I do like having floors instead of carpet; however, it did feel a bit “cold” with the white walls and would bring some slippers or flip flops to wear next time. It wasn’t physically cold, the HVAC worked perfectly, just a cold feeling. Our room was on the main floor with a walk in shower. It was nice that we could back our truck up to a spot in front of our window and see it from the room. The room had everything we needed. Mini fridge, coffee maker (I think there was a microwave? But can’t remember as we didn’t use it). The beds were comfortable and linens fresh and white. Even the pillows were great and I rarely like hotel pillows. We didn’t have a do not disturb sign or make up our room. We were there for three nights and I am guessing as we did not have the placard for our door that no one entered to sweep up and make the beds. Not a big deal but just something to note if you do want it made up. The breakfast was basic with scrambled eggs as the only hot item. Fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, instant oatmeal, cold cereal, bread, croissants and many muffins as well as make your own waffles. The coffee was very good! If we are in Parksville again we would definitely stay there again.

The art was spectacular and i wish you had them for sale

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Except a couple of the pillows didn’t smell good. The breakfast was a decent continental breakfast and the staff was really nice.

It was a wonderful experience walking into a beautiful, clean atmosphere and to a clean room. An amazing breakfast was also included with friendly stuff making sure we had everything we needed. Best hotel experience we had for a long time. I would highly recommended to anyone.

Paid for a basic room, and that’s what we got. Clean and comfortable. Provided breakfast was basic but plentiful. Hot tub small but plenty hot. Pool was closed our second night for cleaning.

I have stayed at Hotel Feng 5-6 times and have always been treated fantastically! The service is friendly, professional and timely and my room has always been cleaned and fully stocked by great staff!

Great location. Easy to get anywhere. However this property has absolutely NO soundproofing what so ever. I could hear some man swearing at his wife in the evenings and kids running wild in the hallways. Even conversations spoken in low voices could be heard from other rooms. Nice staff and good breakfast. If you’re looking to relax I would loon elsewhere. If you’re looking for convenience this is your spot.

The hotel is quiet and the bed/bedding is comfortable. The soaker tub was nice too. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The ac unit was a bit difficult to use and would shut off intermittently through the night causing the room to get hot cold.

Great hotel, close to everything. The pool was really nice and the beds were comfortable.

The building is clean, updated, quiet and conveniently located to the beach, restaurants and other attractions. The staff is friendly and attentive to the needs of the guests. The breakfast is satisfactory. Overall stay is good, will come back to this hotel in the future.

Beds were very comfortable and staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was average continental breakfast. Waffles and bagels, bread, yogurt and eggs.

The tub plug did not stop the water from draining while taking a bath and told the front desk and said they would fix it but never did. The carpet was dirty and had stains in the carpet. The arm chair had crumbs on it like it was never vacuumed or cleaned, we were given a clean arm chair. The property was nice and clean. We mentioned this at the front desk while checking out and the property manager said that he would give us a 20% discount on our next stay but I don’t know if we would go back but thanks for the offer. Parking was great and nice beautiful beach.

The hotel was clean and looked nice. There was a lot of young kids in the pool quite late at night which didn’t allow for the most relaxing atmosphere. Children will also running around the hallways at 7 AM all morning. Other than that our stay was good. breakfast was OK. It would’ve been nice to have something other than eggs and waffles For warm food. it also would’ve been nice to be provided some coeliac options as there were none.
