The parking lot and outside entrance area was littered with garbage, overflowing garbage can, and I have never seen so many cigarette butts on the ground in one location. The place could use some updates. Front desk staff upon our arrival was friendly and efficient. Really did not see much staff after our arrival. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. Mr. Mikes is next door which is a good restaurant. Would not book again as very unkempt.

Probably won’t stay again. Bedding was starchy but clean. Felt like I was sleeping with rough paper. May not be hotels fault but smelt like marijuana in the elevator. Elevators door timing was off. Door could’ve been timed to stay open longer. If you didn’t get in fast enough it would slammed on your shoulder. Staff was pleasant.

First, they should not be listing this property as pet friendly, more like dog friendly. The attitude I got was not acceptable. I had dog and cat, but the comment was we don't normally take cats. I did contact them prior to arrival that I had a dog and cat and the negative comments about cats. They stated that I can bring the cat. I have always stayed with Wynham properties and there has been no issues about cats staying. When I got the hotel and told front desk I had a cat and she gave me attitude. In the future I will not be staying at the hotel.

Need to replace old bedding and old pillows. Pillows felt like lumpy balls in a pillow case. Everything probably needs an upgrade at this property. Would never stay here again.

Friendly reception. Nice pool. Good parking. Clean room. Clean bathroom. Clean bedding. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was minimal.

Room was clean, air conditioning worked well. Hotel was quiet. Nice restaurant onsite and Tim Hortons right next door. I think my only issue would be that the TV was small and outdated but definitely not a deal breaker. Pool area is nice and clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a nice extra to have. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Check in took 20 minutes. Complimentary breakfast on Saturday June 20th wasn't ready - food had run out. No urgency on staff to restock.
