The bartender.

The property is at a great location and the front desk staff is great. But the ocean view rooms are reallyyyy old. They need renovation. Outdated decor, ancient rugs, not so great beds.

Fantastic staff! They really were great, went out of their way to accommodate me. Rooms are a bit small and sparton, but the location was fantastic, with a great outdoor pool and very easy access to the beach.

The hotel itself is amazing,

Room was clean. Exceptionally friendly staff. Stayed on the Collins Ave side of the building and so I could hear a lot of noise from the street during the late night hours. Could also hear footsteps pretty easily from the room above. Overall, nice hotel and good staff, but not the quietest.

Wonderful property and close to many dining options.

I thought it was pretty cool. The only thing I would complain about was the hidden fees, such as the resort fee. I mean, I wouldn't mind paying for it, but I don't like knowing at the last minute when I'm checking in.

Liked it was right on south beach didn’t like that we couldn’t get into our room early and the young lady at the counter was snippy!

Avevo prenotato e pagato una stanza per 3, mi sono ritrovata in un’altra struttura senza personale, ho chiesto se fosse possibile una stanza nella struttura principale e mi hanno dato una stanza con un letto a una pizza e mezzo per tre persone, colazione a buffet TERRIBILE, pochissimo cibo e di pessima qualità ed è costata 50 dollari ciascuno

we loved the property just some cosmetic things they need to fix but other than that we had a smooth ride

Bon séjour général : l'hôtel est très bien situé, à 2 pas de Ocean drive. Les chambres sont petites mais confortables. Cependant les WC avaient des problèmes d'évacuation et la douche n'est pas terrible. On sent que c'est un vieux bâtiment. Le pire problème a été l'ascenseur qui ne fonctionnait pas et ce depuis longtemps apparemment. Dommage de ne pas nous avoir prévenues avant notre arrivée ! Le personnel était très gentil et les lits confortables. Nous avons fait un road trip où nous avons fait 6 hôtels différents et la chambre était la moins confortable des 6. La piscine sur le toit est top même si elle a dû fermer à 18h le 1er soir pour entretien. Les produits dans la salle de bain sont dans des mini bouteilles, nous aurions préféré des distributeurs accrochés au mur. Il n'y a pas de fontaine à eau à chaque étage. Celle du lobby est retirée la nuit.

The property was great and a nice walk to the beach.

The Tony hotel wasn't without its faults but I decided to overlook them considering the age of the place. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the staff was friendly and the location perfect! I would stay here again :)

Rooms and hotel were very good, just elevators were a little unusual. Location was perfect.

Kult hotell med sjarm i bøttevis! Om man ser bortifra harde senger, høye puter og knirking i gulvet fra etasjen over, er dette hotellet absolutt verdt å besøke. Vi hadde delux rom og fikk egen stue på hjørnet, med vinduer ut mot gaten. Eeeelsker stilen og den gode lukten i lobbyen. Er vennlig personale, nydelig takbasseng og midt i suppa. Er mye støy i området og er lytt mellom rom og hotellganger, så ta med ørepropper.
