Overall, the experience was okay, but it didn’t feel like a 4-star hotel. The room layout was unusual and not very comfortable, which made the stay less enjoyable. I was also surprised that slippers were not provided, as this is something I would normally expect from a hotel of this standard. The service was acceptable, but nothing particularly stood out. Overall, the hotel met basic expectations, but there is definitely room for improvement to better match its 4-star rating

Awful customer service on check out. Invoice provided was incorrect and staff were unable to provide a corrected invoice before leaving. I was told they would sort this out and send over updated invoice by email. Finally received email after chasing with original incorrect invoice, then told it wasn't there problem and I have to take it up with booking website! I was not the only patron having billing issues that morning. Customer service was terrible, I will not be using again!

Helpful and courteous staff, good breakfasts, clean room. Room and bed quite small.

Super fint og hyggeligt hotel med pejse stue

The property was a period property with lots of character, it was clean and tidy with excellent staff who went above and beyond. We dined at the restaurant which was amazing!

The location was good, our room was super. All the staff, the bar, restaurant and food were great. Would definitely recommend.

A beautiful building. Well appointed as a hotel. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent there was lots of choice all well presented

The staff were very warm & welcoming & happily & readily resolved issues & dealt with our queries efficiently & with smiles & nothing was too much trouble for them to assist & resolve.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They truly made our stay more enjoyable and always went out of their way to help. The hotel has a great atmosphere and feels very well cared for.

Great room, efficient and friendly staff who were very helpful after I left my iPad in the room. Clare was prompt and courteous in helping me retrieve it.
