Was a great stay! Restaurant was delicious downstairs

This is a historic property. It is very Mediterranean looking and very quaint. Although everything has been updated, it was done in good taste. The best thing about it is that it is right across the street from the beach. It was a unique experience. Will definitely do it again.

Foi uma experiência incrível! A atmosfera, funcionários solícitos e conforto do quarto, foram excelentes. Localização muito boa com estacionamento público na frente do hotel. Ir à praia foi uma experiência, pois o hotel dispõe de cadeiras e guarda-sóis para os hóspedes. Voltaria com certeza.

Estadia incrível, hotel lindo, o restaurante do hotel facilmente é uma das melhores comidas que fizemos nossas refeições. Em frente à praia, oferecem tudo que você precisa para esse lazer. Sem dúvida voltaremos muitas vezes! Unica obs: tv não tinha netflix

We were in love with the decor, the smell and the look of the hotel. Absolutely loved it. Loved the bedroom as well. Only problem is there was absolutely no sound insulation with the adjoining room; the people speaking were literally in our bed. Also, before going, we thought we’d have access to the beach club of the Faena hotel but that was not the case. We used the valet parking which works out great.

Run down. Poor amenities. Furniture in the rooms were outdated. Looked like a creepy version of the house in the movie Encanto.

Older hotel, but the rooms were very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the manager was also invaluable. The restaurant is very good with an excellent happy hour and delicious food. The bartender was also fantastic and did a wonderful job

Everything was perfect.

They were sweet just want aware of a deposit , And the front enterance and 10 block radius was flooded up to my knees , we could use elevator the whole stay .

Considering it’s part of the Faena family, hotel did not live up to the brand. Staff not too friendly, service at restaurant was very slow. No amenities.

O hotel é lindo e bem localizado, mas tivemos alguns problemas pontuais. No café da manhã tivemos que implorar para ter croissant, que acabavam rapidamente. Num dia acabou iogurte e café. Eles colocam itens a parte no café da manhã, para ganharem em cima, embora o café da manhã já estivesse incluído na nossa reserva. O sabonete também acabou e apesar de termos solicitado na recepção, só recebemos no dia seguinte. O sabonete líquido do chuveiro também acabou durante nossa estada, sem reposição. Tivemos que pedir para trocar nossas roupas de cama depois de 3 dias numa estada de três dias. Mas o pior foi que me cobraram US$618,05 de depósito no dia 12.02.2025 e até hoje 20.02.2025 não teve estorno no meu cartão de crédito. Me informaram que o estorno daria em 24 horas do checkout que foi no dia 14.02.2025 e até agora nada. Mandei um e-mail e estou aguardando a resposta.

Old and dingy. The manager was a bit condescending. This place is surrounded by other hotels, I suggest one of those.
